I cannot say if the products are good or bad. But the communication with this company is terrible. No phone number with the excuse this is due to Corona. The online chat on the website is super slow. You are always #45. The information you are getting via the chat is useless. The only answer you are getting is "You will receive an email". But this email is never, ever coming.

I would love to rate the product. But they do not ship, they do not show in "your orders" anything, they do not tell you and they do not answer any email you send to them.

But - they have taken my money the same moment when I ordered the product.

Money paid, no order showing in my account and no response from multiple emails to customer service. This order was from a 3rd party vendor (Big OLS), but there should still be customer service, accountability, and a RECORD OF MY ORDER. Got one email saying it shipped a week ago, but no tracking info provided and nothing arrived yet.

Terrible experience, I would have considered to even file a report at the police for theft. Ordered an item with a week time asking please to receive it within 7 days, which is totally normal in Germany, never takes more than 3 with any other shop. They lied and only sent it after 5 days, it arrived late so I had to return it, well, they pretended they didn't get it. I had trusted ebay and a shop claiming to be professional and got 50 euros stolen from me. Absolutely dishonest, I would recommend not to buy here at all, or have everything with insurance and proof as you are dealing with scammers.

Very good experience and very fast delivery from Germany to Denmark. I havent yet opened the case, but I assume that the product is of good quality.

Great products in a very affordable price with fast delivery and great customer services!

We ordered garden furniture, they delievered wrong packages. We needed to open all packages only this way we were able to assamble the Lounges. After beeing ready with everything we realized that we miss a package of the garden Lounges and we got 1 table instead of this. We initially haven't realized because for the Long chairs we had were with a table as well so we thought its part of our delievery. Since over 2 weeks now we are writting with the customer Service Minimum 2-3 emails per day and we cannot get the matter solved. Despite the fact that we paid everything in advance they require to pack originaly the table and arrange the shipment otherwise they will not send us the right part. It was their mistake and now they Keep our product away from us. And the Girl from customer Service, godness I haven't meet something like this in my life, I basically make the work for her, she doesn't even know what 1+1 make. I told her which package is missing, she asked us to take Pictures which we did, then that was not enough I had to mark her the right numbers, the wrong package, the missing package. everything is so Logical. then still no possibility of solving it. We had a festivity and we didn't had the products there on time. I also had to recycle the carton boxes, I cannot Keep the mess in front of the house until this Lady finally solve it, I tried to call different Offices and HQ in NL, the phones are not working, I wrote that I Need to talk to the Sales Director or the Team Leader of the Customer Service or someone able to take decision and the answer was that nobody is there for the customer, I Need to solve it with customer Service. We leave this matter now with the consumer orgnaization.

The product delivered to me was broken and I was even asked to dispose it myself....the product is not a small article that can be easily transported....it was in a big box. I did not get anything, just a broken article and still I should be the one to dispose it!

The products that are sold by VidaXL is really bad quality and are not usably within a few weeks. VidaXL is not answering mails of complaints and does believe that they do not have to follow European or German standards. Never again!
