first damaged, then wrong
The rotang seat of a corner sofa came damaged, missing 2 legs, no cushion seat, mo back cushion. I made a claim, happily was informed 1 month later that the damagef and missing elements are on the way. And I got today- 2 back walls of a corner sofa. How am I supposed to react. And the moduls are so scew that it is not even possible to screw it, the feeling that an elefant walked in the moduls before the delivery.

VidaXL's response to my complaint was surprisingly very positive. Not only did they send me the card box I needed to return the broken product free of charge, a delivery man came to pick up the package and VidaXL also promptly refunded me within 5 working days. Thanks for listening to your customers and for the very helpful assistance you eventually provided. Much appreciated :-)
