I done a mistake ordering a sofa for…
I done a mistake ordering a sofa for the garden. I couldn't modify the order, so it arrived. They suggested me don't accept the delivery and after 10 about I received my money back to my account. At that time I remake the order and it arrived in 10 days about.
Quality of the service was good, quality of the sofa also. Just the sofa it's composed of 4 pieces (armchairs) and you cannot screw together.

Bad experience
They say that my sofa would come with assembling instructions but nothing would tell that it would come in 60 pieces of wood. The carpenter I called had to deal with a lot of problems as nothing was properly aligned and the holes for the 200 various screws were faulty. I had to pay a lot of money, the third of the price. They told me that I could find instruction at youtube but I couldn't find any. Never again

I received 3 products.the 2 was…
Although at the beginning I had a problem with one of the three products I purchased, I have to admit that the company communicate with me several times in order to assist and resolve the problem. I would definitely buy again.
