The bed was delivered on time (even though it arrived in parts on different days), and everything came undamaged and well packaged. Assembly turned out to be quite simple thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions. At first, we were a bit overwhelmed by the number of parts, but once we followed the guide step by step, it all came together quickly and smoothly.

The quality is very good for the price

If you want to return a product they ask for absolutely ridiculous amount of shipping fee, so it doesnt even make sence to return and ask for refund. For a small little box, they ask for fee of 10 euros, better other of other eshops, that have free returns. Never again.

The sofa we ordered had no manual and it was impossible to put it together.It was so complicated,and it is very fragile and not stabile..Absolutely would not reccomend anyone buying it!

Anytime I order from VidaXL, I'm always satisfied with the product I got. You do get what you actually saw on their website. And products are a good quality, many times much better than expected. Been a customer since 2021 and not planning to cut ties at all. Thank you, guys.

Very low quality product, i tought that product (kids couch) quality will be much better for its price.

In general the products are cheap and the quality is on the level of what you pay for, as the company delivers everything by package service, and most of they product should be assamble by the customer, here is where your headache begin, I bought gardening storage house, the instructions were terrible, many things on the manual were not explained and even some of the pieces displayed are not the same as the ones you received, when I try to put the roof together, the holes on each pieces where not lokated where the manual indicated, some of them where not corresponding with the beams or the other roof pieces, I haven't decide if give it back or drill new holes on the structure, this can give you an idea over the quality of the products.
I didn't thought about contacting vidaXL for support or anything, as the rain water was going inside the storage I decide to dismantle the roof and pase the pieces with a very specific tin glue, after I wrote this review I was immediately contact by the vidaXL support team, once I explain my situation they offer to make a something like 15% refund of what I had payed for the product witch as I explain it could at least help me pay the materials required to seal the roof.
I would like to say that even if I was not happy with the full quality of the product, it was nice to at least get some money back to try to fix the messy imperfection.
I don't know if would be good that they include on their manuals that you should glue the pieces and not just screw them of if they could even include the glue as part of the product.
Any way the product is usable, but as I write with some extra adjustments.

Good Material selection, good description of selection amd its variations. Very clear and easy to navigate

Instead of the garden lounger I ordered, I received a package containing only wooden parts and screws. That in itself wouldn’t be such a big issue if the wood was in usable condition.

Unfortunately, the wood was wrapped in an airtight plastic cover for an extended period of time, and it had not been dried before packaging. As a result, it arrived rotten, damaged, and with a strong unpleasant smell.

While I understand that I can file a complaint, am I really expected to repackage and return 20 kg of rotten wood – especially as a person with a disability?

Delivery time not met, communication problem, delivered in 2x

I had an issue with the product. I was contacted by the support via email and most of my issues have been solved.

The delivery took about a week, all the parts and an easy-to-follow manual were included. The quality of the bed is very nice!

This company in impossible to follow international european rules converning VAT. they charged us the order with VAT, although we are a comoany in EU where it's not allowed.
And there us always some excuse from their side why they can't return the VAT to us.
The goods was delivered, but the servise is terribly bad

A poorly issued invoice due to an inability to correct the billing information. You unnecessarily enter VAT when it is not included in your invoice.

Not refund, shit product go to rubbish. Do not purchase here!
