I bought Create from Vidello in 2020 through a lifetime deal; one payment, lifetime access. Years later, my login stopped working. Support told me the app was “retired” and that their new version, CreateStudio, is a “separate product” requiring another payment.

That’s not what a lifetime deal means. You don’t get to change the name and exclude original customers from future updates. Without early buyers funding them, there wouldn’t be a “CreateStudio” to sell now. This was a bait-and-switch, and I’ll be reporting this to the BBB.

Potential buyers: be wary of any offer or application offered from Vidello.

I love Vidello. Vidello team is always on top of the things that are important to users when it comes to video and marketing aspects.

I like Vidello! It's a cost-effective solution for my needs. The uploading of videos can be a little slow - especially if I have a handful of videos. I like the customizations and will begin using some of the lead generation features (optin within the video & polls) very soon. Overall, it's a great value!!

I love, love, love Vidello. I've used so many of the other popular video players/managers out there, and it makes me appreciate what Vidello has put together that much more.

From the very user-friendly interface to the rich feature set, it blows away the other options I have used.

Performance wise, it's easily on par with the competition.

They have just recently moved from their fast servers to even FASTER servers, added the ability to bulk-upload videos too and they are always willing to add new features in line with customer needs...a rare thing these days.

Price wise, it blows the competition out of the water too.

Invest in vidello for your video hosting needs, you won't regret it ;)

If you are sick of Youtube ads and want to look professional with amazing engagement then this is the software for you! the support team is amazing and the response time is almost instant. Josh Ratta is an amazing guy and he cares about his community. ZERO downside and 1000 percent upside. Best investment I ever made!

I stumbled across Vidello when I was trying to find a decent video host for my online courses. I didn't want to use YouTube and any other alternative was either overpriced or lacked features like theming or anything else beyond that. In steps Vidello - and it's been fantastic ever since. It's that perfect combo of super high quality videos + style, great price, and lots of new features. And their support is fab too! A total bonus.

With new features like bulk-upload I can easily add new videos to my courses so quickly + with total ease. Plus, my videos look great and I've had no complaints from the people taking my courses! In fact, they've commented on how well they work.

I've also used Vidello to load client concept videos on for their private viewing, and I've been really pleasantly surprised by how much they like it. I'm now trying to figure out how I can add more video in to what I do to take advantage of the marketing features available too!

I started using Vidello recently and I love it! User friendly, fast, with a lot of options to personalize the video player, it quickly became my go-to video player and video hosting platform. The Vidello team is also constantly adding new features and options. I am so impressed that I am planning to move most of my sales and training videos to Vidello.

This product is rock solid, easy to navigate interface, continuously updated with new features coming on a regular basis months after purchase and the support is second to none. They have a Facebook group that has ideas, new ways to use Vidello, and strong interaction from other users when there is a question. They even ask for new feature ideas from the users. One of the most worthy tool investments I have made in years.

Vidello is a really cool tool for anyone in the online space. Beautiful player, really simple to use and customize and looks great on our membership websites.
