Very efficient and thorough service
At 9.30pm on a Saturday I needed to see a gp. I waited about 20 minutes for a video call (infinitely shorter than calling to make an appointment with a doctor and waiting in a surgery). I spoke to a very kind, understanding and thorough doctor who sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. 10 minutes after the call ended I had gone to my pharmacy, picked up my prescription, was back home and had taken my first dose of medicine. Would highly recommend this service.
