It converts DVD & Blu-Ray Disc in excellent condition and is easy to use.

This cancellation system is a labyrinth scam: I have sent numerous emails to this VideoSolo support to CANCEL my subscription and I’ve been charged for two additional months and all I receive is an auto-email that says someone will contact me and no one does. This is straight theft, this company’s a scam…UPDATE: the response from the company below is a smokescreen they received my numerous emails and requests for refunds and only responded when I started calling out Paddle.con AS WELL AS Paddle.net. They(VideoSolo and Paddle”dot”net/com) STILL have NOT fully refunded the amounts that were illegally charged to my card and STILL feign ignorance of any problems with there labyrinth customer support/cancellation system that is INTENTIONALLY designed to make it impossible to cancel whatever fraud of a service they claim to have provided. This is the DEFINITION OF FRAUD AND THEFT by shady internet companies. AVOID THESE COMPANIES TO PREVENT BEING VICTIMIZED BY THEIR FRAUD AND THEFT

I made a purchase mistake and videosolo is doing a good job helping me rectify the mistake. The product works exactly as I wanted it to, so I am buying it.

I just bought a licence a few days ago, unfortunately it didn't work (code 4102; email invalid). I tried to contact them 3 times (from 2 different email accounts and via their online support mask - ticket ID 46336 and 46203). Until today I got no response back. Seems as it is a fake email address or they just don't care about their costumers - highly disappointing!!! Save yourself money and buy from another supplier.

I purchased VideoSolo bluray ripper and it had some issues with some video's and trying to get any support was very difficult. now I've purchased a New PC and on thier web site they state to send a request and they will free the license for ere-install onto new systems, I have now send 3 service/help requests with no answer. do yourself a favor and buy something else! I got a reply from them saying they haven't received any emails..... I didn't send emails, I filled out service requests right from their web site. if they are not getting support requests from their own web site then they truly are leaving customers high and dry.....

The videosolo bluray suite has an intuitive interface and works quickly and adapts to new hardware effectively. I added a higher end graphics card which speeded up processes considerably.

The software provides error free and continuous screen recording. It is extremely useful in recording zoom meeting, online teaching etc so that we can review the recording whenever we are free.
