Love, love this software! It works so well on a wide variety of sites! It has been able to download a video when all other options could not. And their customer service has been 100% top notch!

I really appreciate how easy it was to learn to use. I like having the capability to download both audio and video. It works very fast and very well. I would recommend VidJuice to anyone wanting to download either or both formats. I've been using it for several months now and am so glad I bought it.

It's easy, the software just WORK and when you have to contact the support, for example to register on another computer, they are quick and usefull.

I think this is the best software and team available.

I've been using it for a year now from a year subscription and now bought the lifetime.

I use VidJuice's UniTube for some time with various sites, and it always works perfectly. I really appreciate that the developer keeps backward compatibility, so I can still use the latest version with my macOS 10.13. I can also confirm that the support is excellent - when one site changed the streaming format, which caused all downloaders being unable to download from it, after contacting the tech support, they added the support for the new format in less than 24 hours.

Every time I've had a question or needed a problem solved, the people at Vidjuice have taken care of it with courtesy and efficiency. One could only wish that EVERY online service was as good!!

Sometimes I have a problem with downloading from a website and begin to doubt the Vidjuice app, but when I contact support they ALWAYS have a solution. That convinces me that my purchase was a wise one.

Hi to all the vidjuice team! my experience of your Android application, is magnificent. First of all, the application has an incredible interface, the choice of video and audio formats are taken into account, fast and efficient downloading and conversion of videos, the video thumbnail is of exceptional and phenomenal quality. The vidjuice unitube Android application helps me to have high bandwidth videos. But what I criticize about the vidjuice Android application is that the option of downloading subtitles in all languages, downloading videos - audios in all languages, and not displaying the notification the video thumbnail at the top of the screen. Previously, when you download a video on vidjuice Android, the notification of downloading the video thumbnail appeared at the top of the screen. But now the video thumbnail only appears in the vidjuice app, the top of the notification no longer shows the video thumbnail. I found this a shame, because the thumbnail of the videos brought something artistic to vidjuice, the thumbnail was like a mark of quality to the application. I really hope that in your next updates you take into account the suggestions of a simple subscriber like me. And I noticed that in the vidjuice Android application, the free mode has a bit of a problem, it's true that to no longer have this problem you would have to upgrade to the paid version, but still your trial version allows all customers to have an overview of you, but when this overview poses a problem it is very complicated. As in the free mode of vidjuice Android, the download suffers some problems, sometimes it works, sometimes not, sometimes the chosen quality is downloaded, sometimes the application downloads a low quality video that you did not choose. I have been promoting this software for over a year, I love this software, unique, easy to use, support absolutely great, fast, and if I'm honest, there is no contour software I know of that is close to being as good as VidJuice.

Software perfect
Support is very fast and nice.

I've tried VidJuice and it really helped me to download most videos from many websites and also helped me to convert any video to audio format of my choice (MP3, for example). I'm so happy that I have bought this awesome software. To be honest, so far, the only videos I couldn't download are the ones at Udemy (since they are protected). I hope VidJuice can find a solution to this issue so that we can download Udemy's protected videos, too.

I am impressed with the quality and speed of this program! They have updates often and even when other video downloaders fail on some difficult sites VidJuice has no problem downloading them. Sometimes you have to dig in the source code of the video site to find the URL but once you get the right URL VidJuices downloads it easily. Great tool and easy to use!

Edit: After chatting with support, I change my review from 1 to 4 stars. They have assured me that they will allow me to use the program even after 5 activation code resets, I just have to email them and they will do it for me. That is fine with me. My only problem now is they need to make this more obvious when selling the product. If they do that, I will change it to 5 stars, because it is a great product and support has been very satisfactory.

Original review: "I bought a Lifetime plan but after each Windows reinstall the activation key stops working and you need to reset it, and you can only do this 5 TIMES! So it's not a lifetime plan if you have to reinstall Windows once in a while. It does state this in ToS but this is not clear when you order the product, I only found out right now because I had to reset the activation code for the 2nd time in less than a year, and they told me in an email. You don't see the ToS before you buy.

The program itself is great, but this marketing is not good enough, and misleading.

I use this program for all my downloads. I used to use 4k downloader but no longer. This program does it all. When I had problems downloading the newest version, the excellent support rep resolved the issues.
