Urban mattress was very helpful in finding me the right mattress to get a comfortable night’s sleep. My morning back pain and stiffness has gone away so far. All around an excellent company whose manager and employees go out of their way to inform and educate the customer during each step of the mattress buying experience. After purchasing the Bloom Iris I had several changes that were easily accommodated by both Nathanael and Greg. The mattress is high quality and was delivered by an accommodating team. Highly recommend that Urban Mattress be visited whenever a new mattress is contemplated-guarantee the experience and the mattress will outshine the competition.

Excellent service and people! Were amazing to get a bed in on a tight schedule and had amazing turn around and customer service. Have certainly purchased multiple times and would continue to do so.

My experience buying the mattress was 5 star. I went to the store in Vienna, VA. There was no pressure and it was apart the salesperson had a great deal of experience The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the delivery guys were not careful with my 4 poster bed frame. They leaned the mattress against one of the post and you could hear it crack. They were apologetic but she have know to be more carefull.

This place is fantastic and Greg Hall was amazing. He helped explain the mattress and their process and was able to accommodate my delivery schedule.

I highly recommend purchasing all your mattresses from Urban Mattress. It's a very easy experience, without any pressure. If you think about it, you spend approximately 8 hours of your time on a bed. Wouldn't you want a good comfortable sleep? We love our mattress from Urban, the best purchase we have made. The process from picking out the the right one to delivery was seemless. Don't shop anywhere else.

On April 20,2022 I had a Dahlia mattress and box spring delivered to my home in Reston VA. The mattress was fine, but the fabric on the bottom of the box spring was torn from the staples all along one side . One of the delivery men offered to have it repaired on premise including a discount on the merchandise. I declined the offer and instead called Avril(spelling?) at the Vienna store in VA and requested a brand new one to be
sent to me the same day so that I’d have a bed for the night. Avril was very understanding and courteous and I received later in the day a new box spring that had been previously checked for damages. The two delivery men were very professional and polite and made the initial bad experience end pleasant and positive.

Best mattresses we've ever owned.

My wife and I had suffered for nearly 7 years sleeping on a mattress from a generic mattress store. It started killing my back a mere 2 weeks into owning it. But, my wife seemed to be fine, so we kept it. Except she started feeling a sag on her side of the bed a few months afterward. Still, we'd spent over $1k on the bed and didn't want to waste the investment on another new bed that soon...

Well, we certainly put up with it long enough. When we finally couldn't take it anymore, and wanted high-quality sleep back in our lives, we went to Urban Mattress.

We met with Nathaniel who was very welcoming of us and our 3 young kids (who we set up watching Disney +). He and a service rep efficiently helped us try out combinations of box spring and mattresses by lying down on them.

My wife and I wanted a king size bed, but we knew that each of us preferred a different amount of support and stiffness to the bed. She prefers to sleep on a bed with firmness the equivalent of cement floor with a yoga mat (OK, maybe a plush yoga mat, but no more). I prefer to sleep on a bed that's noticeably softer and provides some added support for my lower back and hips.

After trying 3 different combinations, we settled on the Iris (firm) for my wife and the Dahlia (plush) for myself. We would put the two different Twin XL mattresses side-by-side to form a King size bed. We were very excited to sleep in our new bed!

Delivery went smoothly, with the store contacting us to ask if a certain day and range of time would work well for delivery. The delivery team called us about 20 min before arriving during the 11am-1pm window. They did a great job removing our old mattress and box spring (for an additional fee, but saves us a lot time and trouble). And, they installed the new mattresses and box springs without a hitch, taking any plastic wrap and trash with them.

We love our new bed and thank Urban Mattress for the excellent service and delivery :-) We highly recommend them!

I love you guys but the delivery was not smooth. First, they showed up around 11:15 when my window was 1-3. I had specifically said I had a drs. appt. at 11 so could not be there. Just so happened my husband was literally just leaving the house when they arrived but he was not happy as he needed to leave. Seems they called me but left no message so I didn't notice they had called-- not that I could do anything sitting with my dr. They scraped a wall and left the plastic behind; getting the 'returning' mattress out of the house was apparently quite a job as it would not roll up nicely like the replacement mattress.

Excellent experience all around. Shopping was pleasant, and informative and attentive without being pushy. Delivery and set up was smooth and skillful. We were initially concerned because the Tempur Pedic bed was firmer than in the store, but they patiently explained that there was an initial break in period. That has been the case, and we are enjoying our new bed/mattress. I very highly recommend this store!

Choosing a mattress can be overwhelming. Worked with Greg at Urban Mattress in Vienna and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and their product line. Bought a Bloom Dahlia and am very happy with the mattress. It’s firm with just the right amount of softness. The delivery men were so accommodating and moved my old mattress to a different room and set up my new bed frame. I highly recommend Urban Mattress! Ask for Greg!!

Ever professional, helpful and fiercely local.

This was a great experience from start to finish. At the store, we got a wonderful explanation of how all their beds were made and experienced what they felt like, and we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were — even the innerspring models that we were unlikely to get. Really, we had our heart set on the Tempurpedic LuxeBreeze, but some of their mattresses really made us think about that decision and if we should go with theirs.

In the end, we went with the Tempurpedic, and they handled everything really well, even the frustrating difficulties in delivering to our century-old house with the tiny staircase to get to the second-floor bedroom.

We're super excited to actually get to sleep tonight.
