La peor experiencia de mi vida como consumidor

I completely regret trusting this company. This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely feel scammed.

It is unacceptable that a company selling event tickets does not operate on weekends. That alone shows a complete lack of responsibility. I purchased tickets for March 21st, and their own confirmation email clearly stated that tickets could be delivered up to 3 hours before the event. I trusted that information.

On the day of the event, it was a complete disaster. I tried everything — calls, emails, and even going there in person — and received absolutely no response. No tickets, no support, nothing.

The result: I missed the event and lost more than €200. But what’s even worse is their attitude afterward. No accountability, no real solution, just generic responses. It honestly feels like they simply do not care about their customers.

This is not just poor service — it shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic ethics. If you are considering buying from them, don’t. There are far more reliable options.

If you want to avoid frustration, losing your money, and being completely ignored, stay away from this company.

They're scammers

They're scammers! Their scheme is this: you order and pay for a ticket, and they promise to send it to you within three days. They buy the ticket on a legitimate website and send it to you in its original form, with the real price listed. And you see that this price is significantly lower than what you paid the scammers.
So, I bought an opera ticket from them for 240 euros, although it turned out that it cost 165 euros.

Watch out, consumer beware

Watch out! Consumer beware!

I bought an opera ticket valued for 155 eur - but when I received the tickets, they were made out for 129 eur, including tax, so in effect, eur 26 are charged solely for the commission costs. There seem to be alternate ways of buying the tickets elsewhere directly.

I first thought this was an honest mistake.

Upon inquiry, Vienna Classic told me that they are transparent in their fee structure. They are not, or else I would have noticed this. They do mention an agio - a service cost - but typically, with other venues, the charge is only a couple of euros.

Major rip off!

Rip off

I bought a ticket for the Spanish Riding School through Vienna Classic. The price was 133€. I then discovered they charged a fee of 25€, since the actual ticket price was 108€. I asked for a refund and they charged me a 20% fee to do the refund, so the amount they refunded was 107€. Total rip off.

rip off in price

I booked two tickets for a concert at the musikverein and paid €67 per ticket on the viennaclassic website. However on the e-ticket which I received, the price is stated as €44 each, i.e. I basically paid €23 more per ticket than if I had booked them directly with the Musikverein. This is more than 50% surcharge per ticket which is clearly their service charge. This is outrageous! A total rip off! I understand that they work with a mark up, but this is just too greedy. I will never book on their website again and everyone needs to be warned!

VIENNA CLASSIC TICKET SURCHARGE SCAM

I had the same issue as others - this morning I ordered two Euros 45 tickets for 10 September and I was debited accordingly. However when the PDF tickets arrived the value was only for Euros 29 each. When I called, the lady explained the situation which is basically them providing a ticket service with an excessive surcharge that goes into their pockets, and subsequently she sent me the " price conditions" explanation I had signed up for.

I will never be using them again for any other tickets.

I know, I know -Caveat Emptor

Ripp-off

Ripp-off. Tickets are much more expensive than booked directly at the theater or online (the one where you can also get the Tickets at Libro shops). For Phantom of the Opera about 30 to 40 Euro more per Ticket depending on the date. We have a Coupon from them which unfortunately can online be redeemed with them.

Hands off this provider

Hands off this provider. There are extremely high surcharges that are not presented transparently. Better to buy directly from the theater or from another service provider!

I wish I could give zero stars to this…

I wish I could give zero stars to this site. This is a fraud. I bought 70 euro tickets for a concert at Musikverein, and, after one day, they sent me 50 euro tickets for the lowest category of seats. They are not answering the emails or phone calls. They stole 20 euros from my pocket. I advise you to buy tickets directly from the concert house or from a reputable site. Do not trust Viennaclassic. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid this site at all costs!

This is a ripoff company

This is a ripoff company. I paid 28 Euro for an 18Euro ticket for the Spanish Riding School. They impersonate the website so as to make you think you are dealing with the Spanish Riding School. Avoid them at all costs!!!

Wrong ticketing and refund fraud

Unfortunately I checked this Trustpilot reviews only after my experience.
I bought 2 Tickets for Spanish Riding School - Performance
Order date: 2023-03-03
Show date: 2023-04-15 / 11:00 (184,00 €)
The email confirmation showed the right show date (2023-04-15)

BUT...
When I arrived to Spanish Riding School the info point found a critical issue.
The Ticket PDFs were related to MAY (not the reserved date in April) and the shows was already sold out!

Finally:
I'm pushing the refund from 6 weeks and none are answering to me.

Absolute scum bags

Absolute scum bags, charged me 42 euros for a ticket that cost 27 euros, the website leads you to believe that it’s connected to the Spanish riding school but it’s just our equivalent to ticket master, I booked my tickets in December to go in august but they refuse to give me a refund even with 8 months notice.

booked tickets for a musical, complete ripoff

booked tickets for a musical, web page looked official, booked in the category 150E, received a confirmation that I had been given tickets in category 125E, tickets had to be sent in hard copy, which cost 10E, first received tickets that had a ticket price of 89E printed on them but were for the wrong show, after a phone call (first tried by email, did not respond), they sent new tickets, which then had 99E printed on them, emailed them again, no response, called them, waited for 15 mins. in the line, they then told me that they have a 26% service fee, do not book with them, complete ripoff

Service charges payed for nothing

Service charges applied for nothing. We overpaid extra 44 euro for two opera tickets. Always buy the Vienna opera tickets directly on The state opera webpage.

Not the real deal!

They offer tickets that they don’t have. When you buy them they then offer more expensive alternatives or the option of a refund. I asked for the refund which was supposed to be automatic but took two weeks during which time it was impossible to get a response.
I suggest booking direct with the venues that you’re interested in.
