I liked the extra 5kw i get. the shower is better. The letdown for me is the over complicated app (IMHO) Which i feel is poor. There is no facility to (0ne touch) have an +1 hour boost enabiling the heating to come on outside of the timed schedual. I found this really handy and was available on much older systems. Yes id recommend the viessmann but i would also say shop around! Alex from Mckenzie Heating Services was the installer and professional as always.

Vitocal 150-a is a high spec system, and well installed it certainly delivers heat well to the CH & DHW systems. The 10kW model is twin-fan, yet is very quiet. The EDU and IDU look good too.

Excellent installation, the boiler is much smaller than our last one, so it gives us more room in our airing cupboard. The boiler is quieter and seems to be a bit quicker with its on-demand water flow. Great product and good price

We had our home wrapped and a veissmann heat pump installed about 5 years ago. We have had nothing but problems with this. It is broken at the moment but breaks down regularly. It has definitely been the worst purchase of my life. It will be fixed ( plumber due tomorrow) but will break again and again. What ever you do Don't buy a Veissmann heat pump. We have had 15 plumbers out to repair the heat pump. Always breaks during cold weather. Really poor

An efficient combi boiler reducing my fuel bills. The app means I can reduce the heating temperature while away from home and bring it back up for my return. Brilliant!!

After a few weeks without heating. And a lot of investigation. Gareth arrived this morning and the problem is sorted.

Had the Viessmann 100 to replace a Baxi Bermuda back boiler. Wish you were allowed to still install them, far more efficient!
Had the combi for 6 months, using more gas and electric than before. Hot water is really poor we often boil the kettle to wash up with, even though the boiler is less than 3 foot away from the sink.
I will say that the heating side is excellant and its a very quiet system.
Perhaps with the summer months coming up the running costs will even them selves out. I'll be able to make a true assessment after we've had for 12 months.

Nathan was very experienced and helpful with all my questions and the quote he supplied was very acceptable. He even called to see me on Easter Monday with the quote received on the Tuesday. The old boiler was taken out and the new combination boiler was fitted the following Wednesday and up and running by lunch time. The workmen left my premises clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend Nathan at Pro Gas.
