I missed the bus because of this company
Dont buy!

We got a vip cabin bus from Nha Trang to Da Nang and all was going well until we needed to use the rest room.
There are people sleeping all over the floor so my wife and I had to try to step over everyone to get there, I ended up standing on people on the way.
Attendant is very rude and ignores every request you have.
I would not be using this company again and I would not be recommending to future travellers.

Booked a ride from Ho chi Minh to Can tho !
We booked , I thought a VIP bus , and according to the pictures the seat looked great ! We had seats 1 and 4 and was unpleasantly surprised when seat 1 was next to the driver and NOT LUXURIOUS at all , and why was i separated from my wife ? Have included some pix and a video , but it was definitely NOT what I paid for ! And worst of all there came a neighbour after an hour driving which occupied the seat next to me ! I had absolutely NO leg space and no comfort !

Don't book. Scam. No bus. No reply from WhatsApp contact.

Waited 75 minutes for my bus. The guy from the company kept WhatsApp ing me saying it will be there in 10mins.. Etc. It showed up 45minutes late... Ridiculous. How hard can it be to get times right?

Terrible experience!!! Do not book with them. I arrived to the bus station 30 min early and the ticket they gave me didn’t work. I went back and forth with someone who didn’t speak English for an hour and the ticket never worked so I had to buy a new one. They were out of the VIP tickets so I had to purchase a regular one there.

It is a scam. We booked and paid for a double cabin bus with Sao Viet but when we arrived we were told the booking didn’t exist. A random guy came and took us to another bus that was nowhere near the standard of the one we booked. It had no seatbelts, was going to take almost double the amount of time... and so on.

I can only guess that the random guy is the person behind this website. About 8 other people were in the same situation as us.

Don’t book with this company. Much better to book something through your hotel.

I booked two limousine tickets from Hanoi to Ha Giang. The bus did not pick us up at the designated departure location in Hang Ga street. We called the hone number several times, the man always said we should just wait it would only take five minutes. Then a woman showed up and told us the bus is broken and we should take the sleeper bus from My Dinh station. The price difference is 200,000 VND per ticket - I did not get my money back.
If we had not called them many times, I think they would not have reacted. Also they were quite unfriendly. We arrived several hours later in Ha Giang than we should have.

We booked 2 Tickets through this web page, the route was Sa Pa to Cat Ba, but after reading some reviews about the bus company (Ket Doan), we change our minds and tried to cancel the tickets. Its is written on their refund policy that it is possible to cancel the tickets with a 100 % refund 12 hours before the trip, however on the web page there is no button or cancelation option, thus we wrote an email ca 24 hours before the trip to their allegedly "sales team", with the aim to cancel the tickets, with no response at all.

We could contact a company's representative via Whatsapp, the guy barely answer that he would check the issue, and afterwards he didn't respond anymore.

Now I have to try to recover my money via a claim with Mastercard.

Read the other reviews, don't trust at all on this company.

We bought 2 tickets from Sapa to Cat Ba through this agency, after we read some bad reviews about the bus we were supposed to take, we decided to cancel the tickets so we checked the cancellation policy which says 100% refund 24h before departure. We contacted the agency by email and phone but nothing, we never got any reply... so no refund!!

Now, we are trying to get it via Master Card, we hope to get our money back.

we paid our trip but don't get answer our tickets, we think it is a wrong organization...
