I have been to Vietnam now, for a few years, since I retired from the workforce. My visa applications have been very smooth, and very prompt. To put it mildly, the service has always been impeccable. Outstanding service.

I used vietnamvisa.govt.vn to apply for a 1 day expedited visa to Vietnam. I paid $139. They sent me an email on the 8th of August apologizing that they can’t provide me with a visa and promised me a full refund in the next 5-10 working days waiting. It’s been 15 days. And I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve tried everything, from calling them, no one answers. To texting them on WhatsApp, still no response to even writing emails. No one is responding. It’s CB really frustrating and unfortunate because I really thought it was a trusted site.

Official and super simple. Applied for my Vietnam eVisa and got it approved in 2 business days. No issues at all.

This is my second experience using this service to apply for a visa to visit Vietnam and the responsiveness and speed of the employees was wonderful! They alerted me that a required document needed to be re-uploaded and were so helpful to me!!!

We totally forgot to get our visa in time to Vietnam and had less than 16 hours before our flight. This office did everything possible to get our visas sorted in time. They were hands on in customer service and even at the airport there was someone waiting for us to assist. Would 100% recommend, especially with urgent visas!

I applied for a emergency visa beliveing that i needed one for a 21 day visit to vietnam as a UK citizen. I paid $278 for 2 visas to arrive in 1 working day. After applying they got back to me in 2 hours asking for more information via email. Of course i provided them with it, but then realised that AS A UK CITIZEN TRAVELLING TO VIETNAM FOR LESS THAN 45 DAYS - YOU DO NOT NEED A VISA. I contacted vietnamvisa who issued a full refund. I spoke to a man who spoke wonderful English when calling the number they provided on the email through whatsapp. The only thing i can say is that if you really need a visa, they are on it. If you don't they are responsive. Thankyou!!

Oh my days. Visa was a breeze with the friendliest team and their efficiency was perfect! They answered any worries I had and I had my visa completed in less than 2 weeks which is great as I left it last minute! Excellent service! I had my evisa in less than a week. My initial photographs were not clear enough but I sent replacements which were acceptable and my evisa was issued within a few days. Thank you for the prompt, efficient service!

As I had to fly to Vietnam for family issues of my wife I booked a ticket only to realize I still need a visa. The people from Vietnamvisa straight away came into action and even tough communication was not much better had the visa 30 minutes before check in. There was only 2 hours between payment for emergency service and receiving the visa. Many thanks to the people behind this.

I have very bad experience with this "company". They declared they were able to deliver in 4 hours even over the weekend. I contacted them on Friday afternoon in hoping to get the help... Nobody reacted to my application, nobody told me, it would not be possible in 4 hours during the weekend. Nobody answered the phone call. They have contacted me on Sunday with the email explaining that my visa would be released on Monday and they asked whether I would like to continue or cancel the application.

I have answered 3 times to cancel the application immediately and refund the money. Nobody answered nor to email, nor to Viber (as they declare to be present at...) No money refund...

Stay away from this site, it's a complete fraud..
