Paid 800$ CAD for urgent e-visa and received it in about 30 hours (was suppose to be less, more like 5 hours). Our timing was not great new year holidays in Vietnam and weekend. But we we're desperate and it was our only option. 4 hours latter, we got a letter saying we would be granted VOA to show the airline staff because we didn't have received the e-visas yet. The airline denied boarding because they didn't trusted the letter, even though we explained the situation to the staff... We we're able to talk with an agent from the Vietnam agency on the phone, he was trying to help us deal with the airline, but didn't workout. We requested a refund, after multiple reminders, we did end up receiving 50% refund. We can't say it was an awful experience, they really tried helping us as much as possible, but we didn't receive the results we paid for in the said delays. Plus, got to admit it's definitely sketchy to send all those personal information's (passport, credit card, etc) on a website that doesn't look 100% legit.

They came through with an urgent request to expedite e-visa that was still in processing. They communicated via chat feature on their website, and I'm so grateful for their help

Very expensive but they delivered, I forgot to get a Visa and they arrange a e-visa for me in only a couple of hours. Highly recommended if you need a visa on very short notice.

Applied for a last minute visa on arrival, paid $95.
I then received an email to say that i did not need one as I was on a British passport which I did not know.

They said they would refund me which I was delighted about however it has been 2 months still not received anything had multiple emails saying their system is not working, that it takes time etc etc. lots of excuses and no refund.

Would rather they just told me I wasn't getting one instead of dragging it out and telling lies.

Great service. I was travelling to Vietnam on an irish passport , had visa issues. Went for their top price service ( letter and visa on entry ) had it to me within 3 hours. Website is like something from the 90s but they are the real deal

Terrific service. Needed an urgent visa for travel that had fallen through cracks for a family member. Came through within 24 hours. Great support and delivered exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommend.

Came through in the clutch when I had an issue with my Vietnam eVisa. Requested the emergency service on Sunday night at 9pm. Got the visa confirmation at 10:15p. Other services wanted me to move our 7:45am Monday flight to the afternoon, but Vietnamvisapro sent us the notice letter and one of their staff members was waiting right before immigrations with our name on our sign with our official Visa to get in. Got through without a hitch.

On a side note, the line to get through immigrations in the morning is very fast and easy.
