Beware

Scam Alert... VIG Loans was sent two $10,000 deposits for a 3.5 Million dollar loan request for a 20 Million dollar property. VIG claimed they could fund it quickly, requested an upfront deposit, then said their email was hacked in spite of confirming the information. They claimed they filed a report for their hacked website but nothing was provided. VIG changed the loan terms from 3.5 Million down to 1 Million at the closing table. The client signed the docs with the understanding they would fund the remaining amount after which they failed to do so and failed to fund the initial 1 Million. VIG then refused to return $15,000 of the $20,000 claiming legal fees etc yet when asked no attorney's name could be provided as to who drafted the loan documents. The principal Vladimir was aware of the matter and has failed to rectify it. California Department of Financial Protection will be notified for this ongoing fraud scheme. For supporting corroboration of these facts ask Brenden at Easy Close Capital.
