They are a totally scam
They are a totally scam, they charge more than the official e-vignette, furthermore they don't activate your vignette fast enough, or at all.
I received an e-mail of confirming the receipt of my order but the order was not confirmed, wrongly thought I have a vignette and I realised I didn't after I already passed a couple of cameras.
Highly recommend to NOT use this website!
Also, they are dutch, no idea why do they scam people for Bulgarian vignette ...
