Ordered a sunscreen stick from Salt & Stone on March 21st. It never shipped and I'm getting surveys asking how my order went anyway. Phone calls to the store go straight to voicemail which is full so unable to speak to anyone.
I purchased a pair of sandals for my girlfriend from Vikani and there was a little confusion over the size. When I reached out via email, the owner was extremely helpful and offered to exchange them. She was extremely generous, and even offered to refund my initial shipping charges, which she did not have to do I ended up getting the correct size sandals, which I wasn’t able to find anywhere and my girlfriend was extremely happy. I would highly recommend this shop!
