sent me a broken printer, did not want me to return it even if it said clearly 30 days return (also it was broken!) in the end they allowed me to return it but now I am not getting the money back. Terrible company!!! I don't know if it s just the Austrian chapter that is so bad, or all of them. Awful, never again.

I wish I never ordered and their costumer service as vetter
I wanted to return an order I made by mistake and they're making the process so hard!!! I spoke with an employee over their online chat (supposedly to make the experience easier for costumers) and they told me to contact one of their colleagues on the phone. I explained that i don't have a phone right now and kindly asked if I could contact them via email, i also explained that she was making the process of returning difficult and that is illegal, and SHE CLOSED THE CHAT!!! I wish I never ordered
