I bought 4 NastyFix vape pens from Viking Ecigs.
They accidentally sent 1 wrong flavour. Easy mistake to make considering the one i wanted had the same flavour name in the title.
I contacted Viking Ecigs via Email. Within 2 minutes i got a reply. Within 5 minutes i was sent out the correct flavour and was told i could keep the wrongly sent flavour.
Outstanding communications and customer service. Dispatch and delivery excellent.
