No upselling, no pressure to purchase something we didnt need, just good honest advice. The fitters called us when they were half an hour away, arriving on time and built the shed in under an hour. Very impressed with quality of manufacture and on site build..

Garden shed installation
James and his colleague arrived as planned - it was their 5th shed installation of the day but showed signs of flagging. They were able to gain access to the rear of our garden via our neighbours garden which helped with the successful installation of a quality product.

i have used Viking garden buildings three times now and have always been amazed at the quality of the product and the skill of the installers, very professional from order to delivery and installation.

Service was appalling
Service was appalling. Despite declaring that there would be no comeback or repercussions on our part, the stroppy young delivery man refused to erect the shed as, in his opinion, the base was inadequate. This was the same base that had supported a Viking shed for 21 years. Pointless appealing to the lady in the office as she had no intention of listening. Got the shed up with help from a couple of friends and it will sit there for many years. My advice is don’t deal with this company.

Many thanks for leaving this 1 star review. You are correct we did refuse to install your garden shed on soil, regardless of the fact you had a previous building there. It is a customers responsibility to ensure they have a flat, level base ready for installation of their new shed.
I would imagine anybody would become ‘stroppy’ if they were assaulted and dragged about by a man whilst they were trying to move large and heavy shed panels. You had absolutely no right to try and pull those panels from him, or indeed push my installer whilst carrying heavy shed panels. So I will take this opportunity to acknowledge that yes customers must provide a flat, level base that isn’t soil and under no circumstances should installers be subjected to physical violence from customers.
As I have previously asked you, please refrain from contacting Viking Garden Buildings again.

Very helpful and friendly reception staff.
The company gave good notice of delivery and kept to schedule.Even though the wrong roofing was put on as soon as the mistake was noted the job was done correctly the following day and apologies made for the error. Good service and very pleased with the quality of the shed.

On time and erected ok. Tidy workers.
Looks good but time will tell.
Minor issues:
Side window will not open much now guttering fitted. Should have been fitted 50mm lower.
Door latch needed fiddling, window stay same.
