I used to like Viking Line. I even told people to choose it before Tallink that used to be more expencive ant less worth it. I used to say “tallinks boats are nicer, more modern, BUT Viking line has MUCH better food, nicer children’s entertainment and cheaper everything”
Well. After my last trip with Cinderella I am horrified. The entertainment was very modest. Almost nothing for children above ages of five. The only thing that everybody liked - karaoke, was time limited, why - I don’t know. Not that they had something better to offer… The boat it self was really really dirty. The toilets both in the cabins, but especially outside bars and pubs - disgusting. (In the beginning of the night, daytime, so I am afraid to think what they looked and smelled like later in the evening). What was most upsetting was the food at the grande buffet. The thing that used to be the good part. Not just poor choice, mostly cabbage in different shapes, but the food you got was OLD, cold, dry, unfresh. And both dinner and breakfast. Even though “hotel breakfast” is difficult to ruin - they managed. We planned on going to the spa, but as disgusting as everything was, we didn’t dare to.
I wrote to viking line about everything. I am a customer and member since… 20 years or so.
I got a bonus card for a new trip (worth 400kr) and a suggestion to go with a newer boat next time.
But we payed 2000kr for the uneatable food… so the compensation feels like a joke… I am very sorry for Viking Line and am really hoping there was something wrong with just ours boat and trip, but I am afraid it is just “new times” for Viking Line and a sort of agony before disappearing for ever…

LXB cabin, amazing live bands, great lobster buffet and so much pleasant experience!
We decided to spend out New Years night on Cinderella and did not regrer! It was wonderful. Our cabin was cozy and spotless clean! I really appreciated entertainment- great rocking bands on stage! The tables were full of fresh seafood. The main course buffet was also decent. 1 star minus for very dirty toilets (it's understandable when you have 1600 drinking guests on the bord) and failed desert (sorry but it tasted like a cheff took salt instead of suggar and never tasted what he cooked). The rest is TOP! Thank you Cinderella!

Went on Cinderella overnight to Mariehamn. We missed getting off the boat. The reception was staffed with one person, had a customer for 15-20 minutes, no information posted about where/how to get off the boat. No other crew in sight.
The boat crew had no idea we were on the boat(how many others in our situation?), if an emergency situation arose, we wouldn’t have been thought about to get to safety.
If staffing was better and we had concise instruction on how to disembark, would have been much better and safer

Hej. It so much to said but I started from beginning. First room they was not ready whe must wait for 1 time in a hole. It was my birthday and whe was 12 person with me I invited them to spend birthday with me. Second thing food was not good for that price not any cind of good meat. Third spa is so stupid to have a children's bebes in spa wich jumping rund of my head to not let us injoing.is not a pool there to have a children's in us case it was 7 children's in same time women was filmed them all the time even it was forbjuden to do that. Personal so bad one specific barmaid in the ewenin he was so rude and bad behaving and I spent about 4000kr drinking for birthday. He can't register 4 drink in his head and so slow,then he starts to argue with me there I can not order drunk more bicause he was so slow ewryone finish drinking bifore last order. Whe was on Glory and he is small he hawe earnings big stomak little bear. I should take a picture of him. Then women in shop I by make up Chanel and Dior,but before to choose I was trying little make up bicause I don't now what to by I just wanted to spend some mony and I think I have right to try bicause is all testers . She was standing and looked on us like whe are stiles don't even ask can I help you only look on us,I have by make up for 2500kr make up. She was surprised then but so bad looked on me like stiler not helping nider ask anything. Then on the spa where whe was all my things was stuck i was no able to open an then gay com in women changing rooms and women was naked i was shocked. I am so disappointed on Glory i can wrote so much but this was the shorter what I can. I don't go any more with Glory Cinderella and Grace are better.

Just obtained the plus membership and thought I will have a nice time with my friends but..The bar tender can decide to serve you based on your skin color, this is how Viking has trained their staff members. They are ruining the image of Scandinavia among the international travelers.

A prison ship where the guards try to fleece you .No love or care applied for passengers - the buffet breakfast is revolting and passengers are a production line whose only purpose is to pay over the odds in the casino , the bars and the restaurants . I’d have paid more to get off than I paid to go on !

We couldn’t travel due to Corona and are still waiting for our money to be paid back. They claim that they are too busy to pay money back and that it will take “a very long time” before we can expect our money back

They care more about making money, than actually doing anything for their customers. Every single thing is set up so people have to spend money or have a horrible time. I would not be surprised if they bought all the cheapest lifesaving equipment too. Titanic 2. incoming.
