My issue is not with the product! It’s with customer service! On numerous occasions my card has been automatically charged when I paused payments through their portal. I’ve spoken to customer service MORE THAN ONCE about this to no avail. What’s even more frustrating is that they assured me it wouldn’t happen again after the last time. Then when I contacted them recently, their response was that I reactivated my subscription again when it CLEARLY shows on my end that I DIDNT!!! And just like that it was basically my problem and not their fault! There are many other companies who’s product works the same if not BETTER! I’m going to switch over today. Don’t waste your time and money on a company that doesn’t care about you. Respect comes first

Viking Man saved me from having to deal with life’s most stressful problem. After 40 years with my wife it looks like she’s staying after all…and we couldn’t be happier. The process is quick and easy- all online. If I ever have questions, their customer service and team of doctors are there to help. I have a quarterly subscription with them so I’m always ready when she is. Can’t thank you enough Viking Man!!

great experience with viking man. The pricing was better than others, and customer support answered all of my questions in literally minutes. Most importantly the medication prescribed worked just as expected. can't recommend viking man highly enough
