Everything went very fast, smooth and the staff were very friendly indeed. Very good solution if you are in a hurry!

PROS: Professional people. Polite. Clean, well-organized station. Seems to be a serious business.

CONS: Too low valuation to be relevant.
My own valuation beforehand: 220 000
Vikoperdinbil online valuation: 241 000 + extra equipment.
(My car has lots of extra equipment, almost everything on the list.)
Vikoperdinbil actual valuation on site: 157 000
Motivation from Vikoperdinbil: Too strong engine for a family car, difficult to get a buyer that will pay a decent price for the engine.
Later the same afternoon I sold the car to a brand dealer. I got 208 000.

OTHER INFO: The staff on-site just tests the car and makes some photos. The actual valuation is done in "headquarters". Motivation received in English, so apparently abroad. Looking at how the company is owned, I believe valuation is done by the mother company people in Germany.

If had not been for all the other reviews I had read, I would have accepted their motivation for the low valuation. However, in light of everything else I have read, I am lead to believe that it is a systematic approach to give a very high online offer, and then "find a reason" to give an entirely different price on site.

CONCLUSION: Avoid. Not worth the time to go there.

Cannot recall being more disappointed in my life. Was offered 81kSEK for my car when I made the booking, subject to the small print that "onlinevärderingen baseras på att fordonet är felfritt och saknar slitage och fel. Ett slutgiltigt pris kan endast lämnas efter utförd värdering på vår anläggning". Arrived for evaluation, NO negative comments were made about the car, no faults, besiktad on the same day as the valuation with no faults, not a SCRATCH on the car inside or out. Was offered 66kSEK for it on the spot. The evaluator even managed to patronise me by showing me the basic list price on bilpriser.se (not including leather seats, full service history, low mileage and summer and winter wheels in good condition), telling me that the 'market was slow these days' and that i should 'hold my thumbs' for a good price.

Days after the evaluation I continued to get emails offering me both 81kSEK if I went in for a valuation, as well as 66kSEK.

These people lure you in with an offer they seem unable to uphold. If the market price really is that low then the initial evaluation should not be that high. Is there any equivalent of "trading standards" in Sweden who can investigate this company?

Sadly, I had to accept the offer as I was leaving Sweden. Would not have done this otherwise.

Avoid unless it really is the last chance you have. I left review on their own website as well in the feedback form they sent. I note that they have published NO customer reviews on their website since 2016. Wonder why not.

I had great experience sold car for great price was a bit lower then online but they going to sell car on so I thought it was good deal. Saved me fighting on blocket

Just one big disappointment. An attractive price is offered per e-mail and when visiting the station the actual price is 30% lower and far below 'market value'.
Personal one gets to talk to have no authority and are hiding behind the management located in Germany.
Unbelievable how they manage to get such good 'betyg'.
