I ordered a hug ring

I ordered a hug ring, rose gold, (Order number #VK76809) in early January and I have contacted them a few times to see when it will be delivered with no response. They have also changed the ring box and taken off the originally one I ordered. Is it this a Scam as it seems to have been sat with Royal Mail saying (waiting for order) for like 7 days, with no way of knowing when or if this is going to arrive.

Buyer beware


They claim fast shipment, however shipment has not moved in days (going on 12 days now). Honestly if you want a thrill ride order from here. Communication is poor, no clue if you will ever get your order, what an adventure! Order # VK85821

Buyer beware, communication is very limited. The quoted 24 hour response time is a little misleading as you get an automated response to your email and not a true answer. My order was placed Dec 13th and my email has yet to receive a response. Waiting on the order to progress is nerve racking as it has been 8 days with no response or movement on the order. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Express delivery? I think not

I placed an order Dec 11 on the premise that delivery was "express". Even with a weekend in the way that would imply one week at the most. I accept that it is Christmas and the company is very busy with a lot of popular products. However the lack of any information available against the tracking number and no response other than a standard AI generated one to email/messages leaves me disappointed and frustrated. In fact when you try to locate the tracking number it says not found which is a serious concern. I sent one email to them and a similar message to them on instagram. No reply. I don't understand why so many people have given 4 and 5 star reviews when a lot of them have had the same complaints as me? I'm only reviewing on this site as it appears people have received replies by doing so. It does appear I will not receive my order before Christmas which has forced me to change my gift plans. Order number VK81959

UPDATE: now i have notified by local delivery company with the same tracking number. Therefore it was not dhl, ups or fedex as declared in ads.
Not a scam, but very misleading company.

I placed an order on December 8, 2025, order number VK81959 (ring).
I still haven’t received my order.

The tracking number is not trackable and has no updates at all and it is discovered as an italy post, not dhl, fedex or ups as declared on official site.
I contacted customer support by instagram, but received no response.

At this point, the situation looks very concerning.
If anyone else has had similar issues, please share your experience.

I hope the store will finally respond and clarify the status of my order.

I placed an order for Christmas on the…

I placed an order for Christmas on the 3rd December. Product has not been delivered two weeks later and despite multiple follow up emails I received one automated response from them nearly a week ago and still no indication if I’m actually going to get the gift or not before Christmas.
Appreciate that this is a busy time but this response is very poor service and means I’ll have to look elsewhere for a present at last minute.

Still no feedback - cancelled without refund!

I wouldn't recommend this company #Viktorias to anyone and will leave this comment everywhere. I ordered a golden ring, and when I enquired about the delivery, I received an email stating that due to technical issues, they couldn't deliver it on time. They suggested that I cancel the order and process a refund. 



So, Dear Team,
I am writing to follow up on my refund request for order #VK84580, which was cancelled.
My order status shows "your payment has not been refunded yet." I would like to understand:

1. Why has the refund not been initiated?
2. What is the expected processing time?
3. Will I receive the full €519.90, including all taxes and fees?

Do not expect delivery ontime or support

I placed an order for a necklace gor my partner for Christmas on the 28th November and paid extra for express 3-5 day delivery. It still has not arrived. Ive emailed 3 times now and not a single response back. This is simply not good enough for a business. Ive looked at the tracker and it has not moved since the 6th December. Very disappointed customer service. Must do better. I don't need an apology email I just want the necklace and I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Placed my order 11th December followed…

Placed my order 11th December followed up with a email to try change something but since then I’m met with auto messages about them being busy. I’ve sent 7 emails now with no reply plus my order number states nothing found when I try and track my order. Order number is VK84244 and states nothing found. Can’t help but feel this is a con. Bad experience

Hi!

I placed my order on Dec. 2nd. VK77437. They sad that I will get it in 4-6 working days and still didnt arrived… Very bad experience, smells like they are scammers

After a number of ignored emails and a bad experience wich I was placing here they finally got in touch and offered me a 50% refund if i changed my previous bad review left regarding this issue as they didnt want any customs thinking they were a scam company

I refused the 50% refund until they offered me 100%
Still nothing happened...

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, never delivered and no updates

I placed an order on 2nd of December, their website clearly states the item is available in stock, and ships within 24 hours. Got a confirmation email after they charged my credit card, and that's basically the only communication I have received from them. No updates and nothing at all for two weeks, I tried emailing them to inquire about the order, the email bounced back because their inbox is full. I do not accept any kind of justifications about "we are experiencing larger delays because of the high demands and the holiday season"... bullshit! Their own website is saying item available in stock and ships within 24 hours! This is clearly false advertising at best, and a SCAM at worst case.
Zero customer support, very unprofessional, I want a full refund, immediately, or I will take legal actions.

Christmas spoiled !!

Ordered on 2nd December - no dispatch and it’s getting closer to Xmas
No response to emails despite a promise of reply within 24hours
Another email today and a bounce back saying the email mailbox is full so was undeliverable
No other way to contact this company
now the hassle of getting my money back from bank but being unable to afford to get a gift for a loved one while the process unfolds
Don’t buy from them !!

Finally a reply on here but that’s just lip service as nothing has been done not have they responded to email address or my request for refund

The order now says it’s fulfilled but the tracking number provided states order cannot be found
