As mentioned in my previous review (1 year ago), their company, if it can even be called so from a professional standpoint, has made no advancement and is still quote unquote: "
We are creating your hosting platform
We are currently working on this."

The quoted text was taken just now (date of the review). They still were a work in progress 1 year ago, made no progress and seem to have switched to WordPress for their website now, still without any legal documents.

Additionally am still being banned from the discord, as shown from their reply to my previous review, which states "You were banned for other reasons from a previous hosting company.". What does it have to do with your hosting? I could've been a possible customer, but instead I met total unprofessionalism from their side. To add context, the previous company was StaticNode, to which I was a customer/affiliate, later rebranded to Altivox. VilisHost seems to have an unreasonable hate towards anyone who is even a tad bit affiliated with them, providing unjustified & unreasonable punishments.

I DON'T RECOMMEND ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. Given their total unprofessionalism. Overall there are better alternatives which are far more enstablished, with reliable infrastructure. THIS SERVICE IS TO BE AVOIDED

Powerful servers at a very reasonable price. Can't go wrong with VilisHost, they have very good quality IPv4 with their servers and have top quality support.

I would recommend highly if you are looking for a low cost VPS with all the benefits and resources of the more expensive options.

Amazing support, they helped me with everything I need, and it was quite quick! So far I've had very good uptime, usually 24/7 except for a couple of moments. They also gave me super good deals and are super cheap! In addition to being cheap, they aren't overcrowded, unlike a lot of other hosting.

Honestly not a great experience. Staff wasn't very helpful, they don't seem to have any legal docs and had a lot of issues with uptime :/

I moved to vilishost and I've actually had a better experience so far as not only are the servers much faster than what I'm used to but they're also more responsive.
I haven't had an issue since moving to here that the support team couldn't help me fix and I was also able to keep my old DNS setup too which made this even better for me

I've been using this host for a long time now and they've been willing to help me with whatever I needed help with.
