Worse expereince ever
If I could give 0 stars I would. The price we pay compare to what you get is ridiculous. We booked a family apartment for 5 and it was tremndously disapointing. Dyrty sink and refrigerator and the gasstove was with stickystuff. The electricksockets were hanging out. The light in the hall and in one of the rooms were not working. The bathroom look like there was damage by a previous water accident, with funge in the roof. It was noisy because young people held party in there and the walls are thin like paper. The pool look hazy and dirty, like the water has not been cleaned for weeks. Defenetly not something we would recommend. We took some pictures as prove if some would like to see these, and we booked with booking.com. even it looks like they are well recommended it is all a big lie. We wanted to get our money back and book in another place, but it was refused as the manager needed to accept. Once we asked if we could speak with the manager we were told she would be there the next day early in the morning. I was there sharp 07:30 the next day but she never showed up. After trying to get the manager 3-4 times we gave up.
