Villa Roglic

We were met promptly at the property by Josipa who talked us through the facilities at the villa. Upon leaving she kindly gifted use two bottles of wine that is made on the premises.

The villa itself is of a very high standard. While we were only a couple, there is ample room for two families (4+4) and parking for 2 or 3 cars.

Exterior
There is a heated private pool to the rear with 8 sunbeds, a table/8 chairs, airer and even a bbq! The pool was a little chilly despite being heated but was increased in temp by the pool cleaner who attends every other day. Water was pristine.

Interior
Massive! Loads of rooms. Kitchen was fully fitted with modern appliances , cutlery and copius crockery.
The separate sun room was delightful for some peace and quiet however it would have been nice to have a tv in this area as the only one available was in the dining area.
There are two shower rooms/toilets, one on each floor with towels and toiletries provided. There's a washing machine, vacuum, iron and ironing board in the downstairs shower room.

The beds were firmly but comfortable. Sheets and over blankets provided but no quilts(not needed!).

Each room has aircon.

The property is located in a very quiet area. This has its benefits but you should bate in mind the local 'corner shop' is 25 mins away. There is however a large lidl supermarket in Makarska but this is a 40 minute drive each way from the property. There were no restaurants or bars nearby.

There are other free to use facilities on site inc a larger shared pool, great mini golf course, fantastic ag tennis court and a boules area.

Overall we were thoroughly impressed by the venue. If you are looking for a very quiet base to visit Makarska(40min) Split (1hr), krka(1.5hr) or dubrovnik (2.25hr) it's perfect. Obviously a car is required for this villa. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants you would be disappointed here. It is a perfect retreat, isolated and quiet with stunning scenery.

Just returned from a beautiful holiday in Split Villa Roglic. Everything in the villa was 5 Star and had everything that we needed. Our host was so helpful on arrival and checkout. The pool man came every second day and was so helpful always with a smile.
The villa was slightly remote about 1hr 20 mins from the airport but very easy to find. We could check in from 4pm so was a good idea to do some food shopping on the way so we could just stay at the villa on arrival and enjoy our first day without having to go back out. There is a little shop about 15 mins from the villa for essentials.
We spent few days in between going out and exploring Split and other places. Weather was 30 every day 🤩
Will definitely be returning.

A warm welcome to a perfect villa for us. Our host greeted at the villa, showed us round and left us with a number for any problems day or night. Josipa was very helpful.

A quiet location in a lovely valley, we had a welcome gift of olive oil, honey, wine and lavender. Very thoughtful and all amazing. Would definitely return as we didn’t want to leave.

We stayed in Villa Dubrava near Pucisce with friends and had great experience! Full privacy, outdoors BBQ, pool, surrounded with olive trees and silence and yet just minutes away from small town/beaches. Host is great and welcoming, property is perfect and well equipped with anything you may require.

A perfect retreat in nature

It was a great pleasure for me and my family to stay in a beautiful villa, Villa Vista 1 Zatoglav, which is located in a natural environment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by pleasant staff, we were treated to a sincere welcome. In addition, we were greeted by breathtaking views from the villa of the beautiful sea and a beautiful sunset, looking at it and its reflection in the sea, you immediately relax. For romantic moments, the soothing sounds of nature are specially provided.

The architecture of the villa is wonderful. It combines modernity with natural elements. The living areas are very comfortable, as are the bedrooms. Each room is very spacious, it has its own bathroom and dressing room. great for anyone who loves personal peace and order. Despite the beautiful, breathtaking private beach a few steps from the villa and the beautiful clear sea, the highlight is undoubtedly the private pool, which during the hottest part of the day provides a healthy cooling off and swimming, especially ideal for children. An ideal place to relax while enjoying the sun.

In the evening, the pleasure of watching the sunset on the villa terrace with your loving family is perfect. The combination of the luxury of the villa, the beauty of the sea and the peace of nature created an unforgettable vacation.

For anyone who wants a perfect vacation in the luxury of nature and modern livingI highly recommend staying in this Villa Vista 1 and place.

Fantastic rural location of Villa Jure with mountain views all around - perfect for relaxing and downtime. Villa was immaculate - many thanks to Josipa for the housekeeping - and provided with thoughtful welcome gifts of local olive oil, honey and wine. Great private pool, with access to tennis court, mini golf and petanque a valuable extra. Modern set up in the villa with wifi easily dealing with our teenage family streaming...we loved our stay.

The house is very well equipped, modern, with a very big fridge, comfortable beds, air conditioning is every room of the house. The outside is also great, with a heated swimming pool and enough deck chairs. The surroundings are stunning, as the house is in the middle of mountains. We very much liked using the tennis court and mini golf, it felt very special to play in such an exclusive environment. Cleaning services for both the house and the swimming pool / terrace are included, which was appreciated. The only issue was a misunderstanding as the announcement on Abritel mentioned the availability of a separate studio / apartment, which actually was not available. The concierge was very helpful and always reactive in her communication. We had a wonderful stay there and found the country’s nature absolutely amazing.

We had the most wonderful 7 nights in Villa Jura last week. We are a family of 5 and so was fantastic that the teenage children could all have their own ensuite bedrooms. The location is remote and felt like you experienced the "real" Croatia which is exactly what we wanted. All our needs were catered for which included bikes with helmets for us all to use, sports facilities, gym and sauna and beautiful pool. The outside pool and bbq area was cleaned every morning which made sure no bugs which was big bonus. The views from the villa were spectacular especially during the thunder storm. We can not rate the villa and experience high enough.
We would also like to make a special mention of the beautiful art work on display in the villa and we look forward to viewing in new art gallery when complete. Lastly we can not forget our fantastic host, Josipa. We had so many fantastic recommendations from her on local restaurants and Activities. Please go to local family run restaurants as the food and atmosphere is wonderful and the quality of food is exceptional. We will be back. ☺️

We were made to feel very welcome by the host with a welcome basket of olive oil, wine and honey harvested on their own land & presented in beautiful bottles. The views of the surrounding hills was spectacular and could be seen from virtually everywhere in the villa, which was well presented, clean & cool. Pool staff were friendly as were the local stray cats, adopted by the villa host and guests. We also had free access to a sports ground across the road with a well kept miniature golf course, tennis court & another pool. I could not find fault anywhere!!!

We had an excellent stay at Makarac. The villa lived up to our expectations. The photos gave a true picture of the villa in reality. The house was clean when we came. The sea is beautiful as well as the pool and house. The area is calm.

Just finished a fabulous 10 days in Sumartin . Villa was excellent well equipped and very comfortable. Our host was contactable and very friendly.

We are home after a fabulous trip to Spilt only wishing we had booked longer stay.
The villa was first class albeit the wine opener was broken I did not get to sample those amazing bottles in the fridge.
To wake every morning to those incredible views to swim I’m not only your own private pool but have the extra addition of the sports pool made it all the more rewarding.

Our family, two adults and two children, age 14 and 7, stayed at Villa Dubrava on the beautiful Island of Brac for almost a week. The villa was beautiful and situated in a peaceful area in the mountains, surrounded by olive gardens. We had a 8 minute drive to the very pittoresk and nice village of Pucisca. Where you could find restaurants, beaches and small shops.

The villa had a great pool and pool area. The inside of the house was clean, fresh and well planed with both toilet/bathroom on each floor. Extra points for a very well equiped kitchen. We cooked a lot of food including using the nice outside barbeque place. We enjoyed all our meals outside at the beautiful table overlooking the poolarea and the island surrondings.

Our host Melani was very friendly and super nice and proved to be an invaluble help during our stay. We highly recommened staying here!

We were a party of four and stayed at Vulla Zupa for 10 days. A car is essential at it is very remote, just what we wanted. On arrival the villa was spotless and Josipa had left us clear instructions to enter. The villa is very well equipt with everything you need, most of it appears brand new. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable. The pool area was well layed out with table tennis table, dining area and utility room with fridge, handy for a poolside beer. Across the road is an excellent sports area with mini golf, boules, a tennis court and basketball net. All these facilities were of a high, well maintained standard. Josipa provided us with her wattsapp number if we needed to contact her or seek advice.
All in all a fabulous stay in a beautiful area. We would definately recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing break for the stress of everyday living. We will return.

We stayed at a 6-bed apartment in Split. The apartment was perfectly located for beaches and close to the old town. We had amazing views over the yacht basin and out to sea. The location is very convenient and in walking distance to shops and restaurants.
The apartment was very comfortable and homely. It was well-equipped with all amenities and very clean. We appreciated the change of bedding and towels halfway through our stay. We really enjoyed the aircon - it was very warm during the 2-weeks we were there.

We stayed at Villa Jure in Zupa, a 4 bedroom villa with superb amenities.
It’s located in a valley with beautiful mountain views - it’s miles from anywhere so a car is essential.
It’s beautiful inside and out, the pool is lovely and there is also a small sauna and gym.
Great internet service with Starlink so everyone is happy 😊
Josepa was really helpful, and I would strongly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

Just returned today from a fabulous time I Croatia. We stayed at Villa Zupa and what an amazing place it is. It has everything you could wish for and more. A car is an essential though as it is miles from anywhere, how's there is a sports centre across the road with a tennis court, mini golf, swimming pool and more. The Josipa was fabulous and nothing was to much trouble, even coming out at 9pm because we'd managed to lock ourselves out. The house was spotless and the 3 double rooms all had en suites plus an extra shower room and toilet downstairs. There's also a fully stocked outside kitchen and shower & toilet to, so ALL bases are covered. I would highly returned the place and would go again if ever I went back to Croatia.

A lovely break. The villa and the hosting service were wonderful. Super helpful but left us to enjoy the holiday. Would recommend highly.

Villa Allina is a truly exceptional place with a very high standard. The villa is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The large private pool is ideal for relaxing, and the rooftop Jacuzzi offers stunning panoramic views — the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset.
The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet close enough to explore the nearby towns and beaches. What made our stay even more special was the amazing host, Mirela. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything.
This villa is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

Had a week at Zupa in a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with fantastic facilities
The sports centre was brilliant with full size tennis court, basketball hoop and a boules alley!! And the best mini golf 9 hole course on Astro turf!!!
There were 5 adults and we all had more than abundant space!!!
We had brilliant responses from Josipa and Nino for any little requests we had
Even bringing the local fire brigade to fill the pool when it had a malfunction on the first day 😀 absolutely stunning outlook surrounded by mountains in the basin of a large valley…. Great holiday all round
