I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas. I waited over a month and received a RAG! The picture and the actual item were completely different. I absolutely do not recommend them. Scammers!!!

Ordered an Arsenal personalised body suit for my 5 month old baby. Ordered a 9-12 months because she is comfortably fitting in 6-9 months clothes.

On receiving the item it was too tight for her something that I really didint expect. Contacted customer service as they ‘thrive’ in solving issues… to be told to send a photo of the measurements.

I sent measurements alongside a 6-9 month body suit measuring EXACTLY the same. They then told me that there measurements are correct and they can only offer me 30% off if I order again!!

Absolute joke of a company and out to rip off customers. Trust me there are much better companies out there to get your personalised goods from!

I bought two personalized jackets that were declared and touted as winter jackets or winter coats. These were ordered in sizes 4XL and 5XL respectively. The jackets I received were not suitable for winter (unfed) and the sizes were clearly too small. When asked by the seller, I was asked to take a photo with the jacket and a tape measure so that you can see if the dimensions are right. The topic that the jacket is not suitable for winter, despite the fact that it was touted as a winter coat, was not addressed. The purchase was an absolute failure, as we cannot use these jackets.

That soo cool, I buy my baby's bodysuit here. They have excellent services and good clothes. I'll buy more <3

do not use this company I purchased two personalised rings look like it has come out of a lucky dip and one hasn't arrived i contacted them straight away they provided a magic tracking number which i do not believe to be for my item as i have one in front of me and they were purchased together been offered 20% discount and they will resend them. i have asked for a returns label so i can return the one i have got if no joy in the next email i'll be claiming through my paypal account because i'm not paying a high price for rubbish will keep you updated

I purchased a pair of shorts from this company. When they arrived, considering the price, they were of very poor quality and didn't fit the person for whom they were a gift.
On contacting them to arrange their return and a reimbursement, I was given a 20% code to use against my next purchase. The next email suggested I return the unused item to Vietnam with the non-existent invoice or proof of purchase before they could reimburse me. Absolutely shocking customer service, whatever you do, scroll past all adverts linked to this company and DO NOT BUY from them, I wish I had!!!

I ordered 3 orders from this store. I am happy and I shared and bought for them such as gift birthday.
Recommend check them.

I wouldn’t use this site again. The sweatshirt I ordered was ok, but the shorts were poor quality and the sizing totally wrong. I ordered medium but got XXL.
Their returns policy is rubbish. In one statement you have 30 days to return stuff. (It took 22 days for my order to arrive). Then in another it states you must cancel or apply for return within 1day!! Slightly impossible. Do not use this site under any circumstances!!

I purchased a hawaiian from this store and was very satisfied ^-^. The product is exactly as describe with the incredible quality and great to use. They respond me very quickly.

Ordered a item from these people never received the item and can't get my money back this company is a rip off VALUXzONE

Avoid at all costs. Three weeks now and no sign of the delivery. The tracking number says it’s still in China. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift so I’m really disappointed.

Ordered on 25th November. Item has still not arrived and no tracking number has been provided.

I have emailed numerous times and have no response.

Really hoping order arrives before Christmas but not holding out much hope as no correspondence.

Definitely avoid this company though, is my opinion, very stressful with no replies to question re delivery.

Poor size information ordered a large yes it arrived but more like xxl should of ordered a medium it might of fitted

Apologies for this previous review. They have posted an item arrived 09/12:2024 unfortunately it is a lot smaller than the size chart on the website but I will edit again if everything works out after requesting a correctly sized replacement or a refund.

Ordered 10/11/2024 item still not received with false Royal Mail tracking number supplied. I have tried to get a reply from the customer service link on my order but I am now having to claim a refund through PayPal.

Not received my item yet orderd a few weeks ago.
I get a weird update about tracking number and the tracking site said they had found the item with Royal mail, but I had to give all my debit card details including the pin to pay £1.
I came straight out of the page. Luckily paid with PayPal so hopefully will get a refund.

I ordered an item which was £36 on 1st november. I got a tracking number but it keeps saying there is a fault ... now I can't even get in contact with them. Luckily I paid through PayPal and will start a dispute against them to get my money back

Love it, I bought a lot of orders and share to my friends. Good hoodies and Tshirt. My husband love it so much.
