Literally the worst service I've ever…
Literally the worst service I've ever used. Pretty sure they scammed me and will take money out of my bank account. I tried to cancel my subscription, but of course they won't cancel it immediately but after the weekend so they can charge me 20€ for a service that I couldn't even use because they need 7 days to "review" my account.

Your free Premium trial was cancelled well before the end of the trial period and therefore no charge was made.
The service is directed at creators and influencers that are serious about building their business over longer period of time, so sorry you didn’t feel like you got the picture of the value we provide over your 7 day free trial.
We encourage all new users to book an introductory call with us so we can calibrate how to serve you the best, and we are sorry we didn’t have a chance to talk to you 1-on-1.
Apologies that you have waited for our reply longer than you expected, but it is clearly stated in the cancellation process that all requests submitted over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Fraudulent payments
Hi Vimma, I have asked you to remove all my personal details and bank details on the same day I have registered 20/05/2021, because I realised I have no use for it, it was a mistake registering in the first place. I was reassured via live chat that this has been done, yet you're charging me monthly fees after I have asked you to remove all my PERSONAL details and BANK details. Please send me full refund asap. I have never used your services.
UPDATE: This has been resolved and I had my refund back.

I am IN LOVE with VIMMA. I have learned so many things from them, on engagement, on how to get collabs, work on my media kit. It is honestly the best platform you can use as an influencer. Vimma AI is a great example how micro influencer with the right guidance can progress quickly and get a lot of amazing collaborations. Vimma has helped me shape my influencer portfolio, learn a lot of Instagram tricks and hacks and up my game.
