Difficult order process but turned out well

The items i ordered arrived later than expected but the glasses, the box and the coasters are beautiful.
The glasses may not work as expected with the wood coasters.
I had some issues with the delivery and reaching the support team but in the end of all worked out. The director called me directly and everything was issued and resolved.
As they said to us, the manufacturer is in China because of the demand and the truth is that the quality is not compromised, and the glasses are actually good quality.
The best way to reach them is using Whatsapp.
The experience was not the best but in the end they showed that are a trustful company.

The order took a little longer than expected, however Vinasco was quickly to assist and was incredibly diligent and accommodating with everything. Amazing Christmas Gift.
Just got these from my daughter for Christmas. The glasses are awesome only made better by the wood presentation box. The glasses feel great in the hand and also look fantastic.

Order received late…but lovely glasses

Glasses arrived today (27th Dec), 2 days after Christmas, disappointed that I couldn’t give them to my husband on Christmas Day, however they are really lovely quality and presented in a beautiful box.
I placed an order on 21 November that was apparently shipped on 10th December with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It is Christmas Eve tomorrow and there are still no updates from the courier..just says they are expecting the shipment.
I’ve reached out numerous times on WhatsApp but no reply except last week to say it has been shipped and is guaranteed before Xmas.
My order is for a Christmas present for my husband which will now not arrive in time or indeed at all!
A response from Vinasco would be appreciated and an update as to where my parcel is.

The glasses are exactly what I was hoping for and the wooden box is a nice touch. It arrived very quickly with no issues.
I later bought the coasters to go with the glasses and they got delayed and tracking was not updating. They did arrive in time for Xmas so I’m very happy with the overall experience and the products. Thanks. Will be a wonderful gift

After leaving my initial review and trying to contact them again I did finally get a reply and a swift resolution to the issue. The glasses have now arrived and really are lovely.
Had my initial email/WhatsApp messages been looked at and responded to then as the issue was easy to fix I would probably have still recieved the items in time for Christmas.

I think this might be a scam! I ordered glasses and coasters at the beginning of December with the assurance they would be delivered by Christmas and they haven't arrived yet.
They were shipped in 10th but the tracking hasn't updated since 13th amd now tomorrow is Christmas eve.
I've tried to contact them via email and WhatsApp and I'm not getting any replies.
Really not happy as I'm now going to be missing a Christmas present

Beware - scaling company
I made two orders with Vinasco last year - both in November and one being a Christmas gift.
I think the marketing team couldn’t have foreseen the absolute success of their campaigns. Vinasco was inundated with orders and struggled to fulfil even priority ones.
After long weeks of sieving through correspondence, bad reviews and formal complaints they have managed to process all orders in a graceful fashion.
Although the gift I bought was late and it will now have to wait until I see my sister again to get to its forever home, I am pleased to see how they overcame a moment of crisis.
Their attention to customers was impeccable and they understood the inconvenience that it was to get deliveries much later than the expected.
They added a freebie which was a token of appreciation and highly valued from a customer perspective.
As for the products, my only feedback is that the glasses don’t seem to do full circle around the coasters and it would be cool if it did but that does not take away from the quality of the glasses.
They are really stylish and greatly add to the experience of slowly enjoying a dram of whisky.
Keep up the good work!

I have received the glasses, they are very beautiful and unique set of glasses. Would definitely buy more in the future.
Received WhatsApp and emails apologizing for the delay and offering an apology gift.
Based on the quality of goods and customer attention I have updated my experience to reflect this.
December 17th:
I placed an order that is supposed to ship 12/10 with guarantee delivery by Christmas 12/24 which is tomorrow and my package has still not arrived and the shipping company has said they have not received any package from Vinasco yet.

Update Dec 28th: I misunderstood the Buy 1/ Get 1 message (I thought I would receive 4 glasses instead of 2) and Vinasco did a very nice gesture sending me 2 more glasses! Thanks!
Update Dec 27th: I finally offered the products but I realised that I received only 2 glasses! It’s said « Glasses shipped with care in a set of 2 » and buy 1 get 1 free so I thought I was ordering 2 glasses for 80USD and will receive 4. But not! It means one glass was 80USD originally??? For a glass made in Asia it’s not fair at all. And I ordered 4 coasters for nothing. I’m asking a more important refund or two more glasses.
Update Dec 26th: I received my products on Dec 24th + a partial refund. Thank you to the customer service.

I ordered my glasses on Dec 7th and I still have not received them. Also, I’m qui te disappointed as I thought products were handcrafted in Italy when I understand now they are shipped from Asia (150 dollars for 4 glasses and coasters coming from Asia, that’s not fair). I got a few answers on WA (but not by email or Instagram). My parcel is still blocked in customs, and I’m quite sure I won’t have it for Christmas. What a disappointment. I had to buy another gift to wait for the reception of this one! I would like a partial refund

Review Update.
Vinasco finally did reach out to me and there were apparently customs issues causing delivery delays. The gift didn't arrive until the day after Christmas, but it was still a very nice gift for the person intended for. They also offered an extra set of glasses for the trouble and have been texting regularly to stay in contact & ensure satisfaction on my end. The initial delay in response was very frustrating but I feel they have more than compensated for this and customs issues are out of their control. The product is very elegant, a great idea and a great conversation piece.

Not transparent and lier [Real company and actually great products]

Well, the order did not arrive for Christmas as promised. But it did arrive on Saturday 28/12/2024. Customer service escalated my complaints higher up as I was probably being insufferable. Must say, the products are amazing. If I thought they were a fake company, I was wrong. I must admit this was not the best shopping experience, it probably was the worst in a long time, but the products are effectively great, my husband loved them, and Douglas (Vinasco Director) tried to do everything in his power to “make this right.” So, experience was mixed, I would say the shopping experience was a 1 star, the client support was a 2/3 star as it came very late in the game, but the products are a 5 star. Makes it difficult to change my stars to an average. Trust pilot should have stars for product and stares for shopping experience/customer support. Now the real question: would I buy again? Only if I had A LOT of time at hands (well over a month) definitely yes. If I am “in a hurry” say, I want the products the same month in which I ordered, no. But in the end, I got amazing products, so, all the stress caused aside, the order was worth it.

Customer service called from whstapp apologising and guaranteed delivery by the 23rd December. We will touch base that day to see what happened. Will keep everyone informed.
Client support is terrible. They have a phone number but it's disconnected. If you call via whatsapp, they do not answer. I paid 200€ for a christmas present to be shipped to Portugal. The site mentioned especifically that it would arrive before christmas. They then said that the item would be shipped on the 10th december (10 days after I ordered the product). It didn't happen. They only PRETENDED to ship my item on the 13th december. They sent the shippment details to the distribuution provider, but it's now the 20th and they have not given the parcel to the currier. When they ocasionally respond to me via whatsapp, they insinuate that its at customes. Makes no sense since it's coming from the EU. The company is in Italy. Surreal. I have never worked with such an incompetente and lying company. Now I am out 200€ and no present for my husband this Christmas.

I ordered glasses and received confirmation they would be shipped on the 10 December. Notified they are in transit but no further details. They were bought as a birthday gift and if delivered will arrive too late. I have contacted Vinasco through the channels the advised email and WhatsApp without any response. I received my order the week after Christmas. Unfortunately my brother had left and so has not seen his gifts.
They are beautifully packaged but I can’t review their quality until my brother comes back up North to open them.
One minor bugbear is that I ordered a few items (some for my bro and something for my husband) and the boxes, although well designed and sealed with vacuum plastic wrap they do not indicate what is in each box and there was no delivery note included. If I go by the smart packaging itself then it looks like the product is going to be of good quality. It does look like I’m going to have to give all of them to my bro though as I can’t tell what is what.

Still no sign of my parcel. Toyal Mail still saying they have not received it.
My sister has had her order delivered and she ordered weeks after me but didn’t buy as much. She says it’s lovely.
Being utterly realistic I fear my order is not going to arrive. And certainly not before tomorrow if at all.
I would advise anyone to refrain from paying for priority processing. I am very disappointed as my brother has returned down south and it was a gift for him. I am now considering cancellation and seeking a full refund.

I have received a telephone call and a number of apologetic WhatsApp messages since posting my review below.
They have indicated they have been swamped with orders and are doing all they can to sort out my order. I appreciate the effort they have made since I put up this review. I will update further as and when I am aware of further progress.

I ordered a full set and paid for insurance and priority processing.
My initial contacts with customer service indicated I was a pre-order and the items would be shipped on 10/12. I received an email and Royal Mail Tracked 48 tracking number on the 12/12. Since that time I’ve been ghosted by Vinasco. The tracking says that Royal Mail are awaiting the arrival of the items from the seller. . It’s been a week and no change in the tracking information.
I ordered these for Christmas. Vinasco are not responding to emails or WhatsApp’s.
I’m very disappointed.

The packages have arrived! We opened one (for hub), and the glasses are really unusual! Happy with my purchase.
I updates to 4 star. Took one star off for lack of communication. Also, the free gift is really nothing to be excited about, and not worth $40!

heard back via WhatsApp. Apparently items are currently in customs which may take several days. They have assured me they should be delivered by Christmas. My fingers are crossed 🤞🏻 we shall see..:.:
