Total scam. Got an email from a potential buyer requesting Vin Audit specifically. Paid Vin Audit and got this response.
"Sorry, our system was unable to access the NMVTIS database after multiple tries at this time. Our support team has been notified to investigate.

Please allow us to email the report to you instead:
So I sold the car without the report!" Total waste of money.

I called VinAudit to inquire about lien history on their reports, the customer service was very friendly and thorough. The report I ordered was very detailed and arrived within a minute! I can highly recommend this company to find out about any vehicle!

I believe that this is a scam company and the the other negative reviews are accurate. I believe that “they have agents posing as potential buyers and asking you to submit an MVA report to them first.” The fake buyer asked specifically for this company’s auto report which upon reflection this should have been a red flag to me as there are many other more well known services such as CarFax.

I needed a vin search for my insurance company. I used vinaudit and instantly received the report. However, the report did not include the information the insurance company was looking for, so was basically useless to me. Frustrating but in no way VinAudits fault, and when I told them the report did not have the info I required they offered me a full refund and processed it right away. I wasn't expecting this and greatly appreciate it. Great customer service is becoming a dying art and it's nice to see a company stand behind their product.

I had bought a vin check for a childhood vehicle and it came out clean, loaded the truck and trailer and drove nearly twelve hours for pickup. A few months later I wanted to see the breakdown of the vin once more but the pdf had timed out. I sent off a request to have the pdf opened again at no cost. My email was answered and I now have a copy on my drives to view at all times. Thanks Marinel.

Service was very prompt and fast , got my vehicle registration fast too
