After agonising about making enquirers re: IVA, I was immediately put at ease after contacting Vincent Bond and speaking to Claire, who made me feel so much better and imparted all information patiently. Throughout the journey of having my IVA accepted (18.4.2016), I have liaised with Karrie, who has been equally professional, helpful & respectful as Claire. I would thoroughly recommend Vincent Bond immediately to anybody requiring assistance in this area

The two people I've been dealing with up to now Claire & Tracey have been so good & calming in our situation letting us see light at the end of the tunnel. It's been a very stressful & trying time but these two lady's have been a massive help.

i was very worried about joining however i have found this whole thing easy and simple!! the staff are always very friendly and helpful and always get me the anwsers i need. im always updated and love i can check online also!!

i wouldnt be so close to be being debt free is it wasnt for vincent bond!!

I was really jubious of going for an iva at first but talking to someone who works out your income and outgoings for you and helps you to see there's a light at the end of a very very dark tunnel puts your mind at ease. I was in desperate help and all questions I had was answered. They have took over all my concerns with paperwork etc and are always in contact. Great company to use

After several months of torturing myself with the decision of whether to enter an IVA I finally enquired at Vincent Bond. I quickly received a call from Keith who totally made me feel at ease and reassured me I was not alone in my financial struggles. We talked through my options and Keith was very informative. I decided to go for the IVA and less than 24 hours later Karrie phoned to introduce herself as she would be helping. My IVA is not finalised yet but I can honestly say that the guys at Vincent Bond have been amazing and I am finally looking forward to a better future for myself and my 2 sons!

Adam made everything simple and easy to understand. He was polite and well mannered and very thorough. I would highly recommend Vincent Bond to anyone who as financial difficulty. Adam never made me feel like it was my fault for the debt which I do understand is classed as more fault but was understanding. He as also met each call back set and been on time calling me or emailing and gave me breathing space during a family bereavement and my ongoing depression. thank Adam for been patient and not been pushy and helping me and giving me the information in a clear and understanding manner. you are a credit to your employer.

No questions the best way to solve your financial problems I can sleep without worrying someone knock to my door harass me for my debt
