Beware of Vincent Shaw drivers! Dangerous driver, a young woman in a Vincent Shaw car, driving right on my tail, all the way from Coldham’s Lane down Cromwell Road and into Sedgwick Street today (Friday) at 1.20pm. I then indicated well in advance to show that I was going to park and, still on my tail, she gestured rudely at me and initially refused to move back. Outrageous behaviour and if it ever happens again I will report it to the police!

I absolutely agree with the poor reviews that others have shared. It looks like the issue with this agency is always the same: lack of assistance, delay in reply, rudeness, but most importantly renting out flats which do not match the health and safety requirements!
Just to list a few issues I encountered during my tenancy:
Firstly, I moved into a flat that should have been pro-cleaned but had even poo!!!
The maintenance issues never got sorted.
I had huge safety issues in the flat I rented out, and there has been not assistance from them. The agency ignored council claims and police reports, and never got to an agreement. They did not even apologised for what I went through.
Eventually I got off that flat and they made me continue to pay even though the flat was inhabitable.
Never had such a bad experience with any letting agency in the UK over the last 10 years! Not recommended at all!

Great company for the purchase of my first home, great help from the staff to finish, Tim was a star! Would recommend to anyone!

Severely gone downhill over the years. Use any other estate agent but this one.

I can state that Vincent Shaw is unreliable estate agent , have pooled out of the deal in a weeks time without a reason , where i have spent time working on the purchase , poor communication as did not inform me about the reasons before pooling out of the deal . Am not angry here but guys we have to know who we deal with and i want to make sure companies are responsible for their behaviour , really i consider Vincent Shaw as unreliable and corrupt estate agent .

Very poor Service: Lack of definitive Responses on issues to do with health and safety of home rented out to us. The house made us poorly and Vincent Shaw made us stressed and miserable, with their extra Money taking without consent and carelessness. A total disservice.If you have lots of Money to give them, you could find you get very Little and out of pocket too. Unless you are a mate of course. See the 'great' Reviews on yell. you probably won't find a bad one either, as VS and Yell are mates.
