Terrible customer service.
I have now twice in the past month had add-ons to my subscription without my approval and then had to spend hours chasing the company to remove these.
The so called Account Managers are awful and don't respond to emails.
I had used Vincere for 7 years and had a good experience up to this point but the total disrespect and terrible customer service is unforgivable.

Currently trying to find out why we are suddenly being charged more. There is no one to talk to apart from A!, you get asked the same questions repeatedly, and no effort has been made to get back to me.
Its a pity as Vincere is an ok product, but the after sales is very poor and it now feels like a business that is charging as much as it can with zero customer service or support.

Sunny has been my account manager and she has been great. Super responsive and helpful .

I have been a customer for 3 years, and I pay a monthly fee for a "success plan". However, when I reach out to customer success I never get a response. They are also super expensive for what you really get, a basic ATS.

Their after sales service is bad. I've been following up on our API key for an integration and it's still not sent! It's already a month and a half already and we're still waiting and no avail. Very bad experience.

TLDR: missing a lot of standard functionality of a recruitment CRM, just leads to huge frustration and wasted time.
We were sold a product that apparently did everything our existing CRM did and more.
What we received is a piece of software that:
significantly resticts mailshot capability
does not allow editing of email templates and wildcard use
cannot remove certain contacts/clients
zero flexibility in candidate submission or tracking
cannot differentiate between clients we call regularly and staff that have left the company
records email and telephone calls in different locations so impossible to search
We proved we were missold some features but Vincere could not care less and forced us to abandon using the software within 6 months and purchase another CRM.
Vincere would not offer any refund whatsoever and continue to charge us for modules that were never installed or activated.
Terrible software, dishonest sales and support that arent interested in resolving your issues - "we've got your money, now go away" sums it up.

This year whilst we have be growing internally at Inspired Crew, Martha Tabaniag has continued to provide an excellent service throughout the year going above and beyond, helping our team navigate effectively and efficiently around the Vincere platform. We look forward to continue working with her and the Access Group into the new year.

We've been using Vincere as our CRM, and I recently had two fantastic sessions with our Customer Success Manager, Sunny. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely keen to help us get more out of the platform.
In both meetings, I learned new features and best practices that I hadn’t come across before. I have no doubt that when I put her advice into practice that there will be a noticeable difference in how we use the system day-to-day.
I’d happily recommend Vincere, not only for the CRM itself but also for the quality of customer support. It would be great to continue these sessions on a quarterly basis—they’ve been that valuable.
Highly recommended!

I've now been using Vincere for a couple of months and am loving how streamlined the platform is for my recruiting business. I had a few challenges initially when getting set up and learning the different features, however, both Piriyaankha and Ivy have been extremely helpful with their support and things are now flowing as they should. Loving the CRM/ATS and would highly recommend! Thank you both!

We're having a great experience with our Vincere Customer Success manager Sunny Nguyen, who is being instrumental in helping us achieve much better usage of what is already a very good recruitment system. We look forward to continuing to work with her to further improve our systems and processes. Thank you Sunny!

We've had a great experience with Vincere overall, starting from the initial sales process when we first explored the CRM for our business. The team was prompt, responsive, and helpful throughout the purchasing phase, which gave us confidence in the product.
However, the onboarding experience left room for improvement. I'm not particularly system-savvy and typically need a fair bit of guidance when transitioning to new platforms, especially after years of using JobAdder. While the initial onboarding support was okay, I found myself having to learn on the fly, often relying on the AI chatbot (which, to be fair, works quite well), or kept being pushed to watch "training videos" which are not my best mode of learning style, so, I was disappointed by the lack of human interaction and hands-on training support during those early stages.
As we progressed, we were assigned a digital assistant, Piriyaankha, who has been pleasant and responsive. That said, communicating via the CRM’s live chat has been frustrating, messages often expire, and switching between emails and the internal chat feels clunky. We're still waiting to be connected with a local Customer Success Manager, which seems odd at this stage, as I would have expected a dedicated CSM to proactively reach out and keep in touch by now.
In summary, Vincere is a solid CRM product and deserves a high rating based on its functionality and potential. But for new users like myself, the onboarding, training, and support experience could be significantly improved. My 4-star rating reflects the strength of the product itself, rather than the onboarding journey.

The CRM system itself is generally good and offers many useful features. However, a significant drawback is that many of these features are not intuitive, which leads to frequent questions and a high demand for support.
Unfortunately, the support experience is very frustrating. The support team is extremely difficult to reach, and responses from the customer success team often take days. Additionally, there are weeks of lead time required to activate new licenses for employees, which creates unnecessary delays in daily operations.
Overall, while the system has strong potential, poor support responsiveness significantly reduce its value.

Piriyaankha has been excellent, always answering my queries straight away and would highly recommend. She's always helped me with every issue i've had which is amazing! Great service

I had a great training session today with Sam Almendral, I feel she understood my previous frustrations with training and adapted to my feedback and then delivered my session. My session was one of the more productive sessions out of all the session I've had.

I have been a customer of Vincere for 4 years now, and I have recently been appalled by the customer service, which is a shame as the system itself has been ok to use. When originally signing a contract 4 years ago and being automatically 'auto renewed' with minimal to 0 communication, transparency and openness on the notice periods and contract terms (when Vincere was taken over by Access Group and the pricing in my original terms had also changed). I raised my concerns. I was passed between Vincere and Access group contacts, both saying the other had to deal with it. I was asked to repeat my concerns 3x over, and then when I got back to them, was told 'my case was closed' and I can raise a complaint even though no conclusion had been reached or genuine care for customers was shown. To then also be told I would be charged to take my own data if I left, and when I questioned this, was not provided with a response. So I am now left back at square one - raising another 'complaint' and having to explain my situation again.

We moved over from 5 years with Bullhorn. Firstly I must praise Pragati, who was always on hand to assist with any challenges we had. We had a very short migration period due to outgoing timeline, so Pragati supported us through that. Reading from the below reviews quite a few clients have migrated from Bullhorn, so if there is a way to identify the main areas that will be challenging ahead of migration that would have been ideal, i.e. no programme feature that extends across both client and candidate simultaneously. As a specialist search firm we felt as though we were the first experiencing these challenges. Hopefully these expereinces will help with others in the future.

This review is in reference to the migration, implementation and (currently) ongoing training of Vincere. After 10 years on our old system, it was time for an upgrade. With over a decade of data, we had nerves about the move, and how moving at all over would play out, and how much work would go into the move. I cannot quite express how smooth and painless the transition was! The migration (Pragati), Implementation (Minh-Ha) and Training (Cara), have been well managed and timely from start to finish. All the praise goes towards the Vincere team (Dominika, our account manager), and their seamless service.
We cannot wait to start using our new CRM, and I am hopeful the after care will be equal in quality to what we have experienced so far.
Update: We have been on Vincere for 2 weeks now. The platform is dynamic yet straight forward to use. Our whole aforementioned team has stayed in constant contact, helping us iron out any issues, answering questions, and directing our usage. Still a very happy customer!
