I purchased 2 oliver tree signed vinyls…
I purchased 2 oliver tree signed vinyls from Vinceron. Purchased was confirmed and I was emailed that they will be shipped out soon. A few hours later, Vinceron canceled the order and changed the price from$100-140 to 550. Sent me an email saying that the price was supposed to be 550 but didnt understand why it was showing 100. The price was $100 but after they found out that the artist passed away, they canceled my order and jacked the price up.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I didn't believe the bad reviews on here and decided to give them a shot for a record I've been after that they had in stock. I ordered it and within 6 hours my order was cancelled with no explanation. When I went on their live chat they had the worst customer service ever. Told me Im too dramatic for them and they dont want my business when they took my money on an item they claim they didn't even have in stock... Clowns
Unprofessional seller and concerning inventory practices - proceed with caution!
I reached out to this seller with a reasonable question regarding an item, as details and condition are important when purchasing collectibles.
Unfortunately, the response I received was unprofessional and dismissive. Rather than addressing the question, the seller made an inappropriate comment that made the interaction uncomfortable.
After the interaction, I also noticed that this seller appears to list large quantities of the same album across multiple platforms, which is something buyers may want to be aware of when making a purchase.
I completed a return and will not purchase from this seller again. I recommend that other buyers proceed with caution, especially if you have questions prior to purchase.
Notorious for being rude and a big A-hole
DO NOT BUY FROM HIM ANYWHERE. He also goes by the name randy treibel for selling Vinyls. Check out the vinyl subreddits and just ask about him. People will tell you. 1 little question sets him off. See the other reviews below. He will belittle you if you happen to ask a question about prices. A very unstable pathetic POS. He is notorious on reddit, facebook and other sites apparently so this is not a one off situation. A scammer/scalper and known to be rude. He doubles down on insults towards buyers even after he receives negative feedback on ebay for example to get the last word in. He will lie and gaslight users who leave negative reviews on ebay just to make himself look good, a true narcissist. You can see how unprofessional and awful he is by reading his responses and other's experiences. Don't fall for his bull. Stay away. Not worth buying from. There is even an article about him ffs. That is how notoriously bad he is. Everyone online talks about how much of a scumbag he is. The article is by The Atlantic. Just search, "2016/08/how-one-donor-is-profiting-off-the-trump-and-sanders-campaigns" it should come up as I can't paste links here.
Beware Owner Randy Treibel
Owner Randy Treibel also sells on Mercari and is just as rude! I simply asked for a $2 discount off of a vinyl that had been listed for months with 2 likes and his responses were very rude and belittling. He continued to up the price. Do not buy from him anywhere!!
Dec 2025 - Hostile customer service, order cancelled without my consent
I ordered an NF "Fear" white vinyl with signed autographed art card as a Christmas gift for a close friend. Since it was a presale item, I politely asked about the estimated ship date to make sure it would arrive in time.
The seller informed me they were waiting on their distributor. I thanked them and checked back a couple weeks later for an update. When I asked if I could cancel for a refund if I found it elsewhere (just to understand my options), they suddenly became hostile - telling me to "go find it cheaper" even though I never mentioned price. I clarified that I didn't want it cheaper, I just wanted it by Christmas, and that I'd happily pay more.
Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding, they doubled down - comparing themselves to Louis Vuitton, calling me an "anxious customer" who "overwhelms their staff," and smugly declaring "We are not Walmart" - as if asking a simple question about my options makes me some kind of problem customer.
They then cancelled my order without my consent. I never asked them to cancel. I explicitly said I would have waited even if they couldn't guarantee Christmas delivery.
I was nothing but polite throughout. I just wanted to understand my options for getting a meaningful gift to my friend on time. Apparently that's too much to ask from this "boutique."
BUYER BEWARE
I would give zero stars if I could. It started off great with communication from the store telling me they had both products I wanted. I then placed my order, after waiting and no shipping notification, I emailed Vinceron and got refunded - no response to my email no reason why. Canceled on a product that was almost impossible to find, and a gift. Had I not emailed them about shipping I probably never would have been refunded and they would have just tried to scam me. They also obscenely up charge their products to flip them, if you can get them at all. They are greedy and no good.
scammer pos
scammer, also a flipper of political merch to scalp? overall scumbag, fascist supporter, and supporter of virtually any movement that promotes oppression or various forms of hate to be an insufferable twitter edge lord.
Abusive management
Was lied to by Vinceron
Bought an album and a week later I was sent an email that my money had been refunded and my order canceled because they did not have the item in stock. I checked the item page and not only did they have it, the price was raised $40 from what I paid, they outright lied to me.
Please do not use this company, even if you do get what you paid for, there are other companies that actually respect their customers.
Randy Treibel is a scalper
The best description of this "business" is the owner is a scalper. He buys something at normal or lower cost then sells it much higher than it's worth. That's assuming you even get the product you ordered. He lists on LinkedIn that he earned an MBA in 1984 which is obviously not correct. He hasn't aged well but he's not 60 and very likely doesn't have a degree So, he's a liar, a scammer, and a huckster.
Held my money for 10 weeks then said…
Held my money for 10 weeks then said they didn’t have inventory and cancelled my order when I finally asked and lost patience (I purchased a vinyl that is now 3-4 times the price I purchased at). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH
All this dude does with your money is hold til he cancels if he even does that.
Bought 2 Audio Technica Turntables from this dude. waited a week before tracking added, another two weeks "in Transit". Then got an email from amazon the item was no longer available from seller and cancelled. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCALPER.
Bought a vinyl that wasn’t there…
Bought a vinyl that apparently was never in their stock from the start so almost a month later I message them about why the product says “shipped” yet no updates were happening. I message them and they say they don’t have that in stock but can update me when it does and/or I can get a refund, so I asked for a full refund and now a month later, I have yet to hear anything back from them… Do not at all give this company your time or money. This company is absolutely trash with everything down to customer service. I do not recommend, maybe for someone who has an interest in scammers, than this might be the company for you.
Scalpers
So ridiculously overpriced it’s actually hilarious. Do not buy from them - wait for restocks!
Never order from them
Never order from them. I ordered a rare lp of their Amazon store. It indicated as in stock. It’s 4 weeks later and the order “is still in transit”. According to them they re covid’s fault. How low can you get to blame a pandemic for your crap service
They steal
They steal. You will not get your order but they will take your money.
Waited three weeks for an item
Waited three weeks for an item. Inquired through the proper channels three times. Three strikes you are out. Thank you PayPal for getting my money back. I wouldn't consider them for any purchase. Look at Facebook for the reviews.
Refunded my item weeks after release
Refunded my item weeks after release. No apology, no explanation.
And, it was priced a lot more than the RRP of the actual artist store!
First purchase from the supplier, don’t think I’ll make another.
At least the refund was actioned with the cancellation… so there’s an extra review point for you.
