Watch was shown as available and "in stock" on their website. Ordered it in mid-January for my son's birthday with an engraving. It never arrived. After numerous calls and emails over weeks, they finally said it wasn't in stock, and they didn't know when they could get it to me, if ever. It is now 2 months later, I'm cancelling my order and leaving this terrible experience behind.

I ordered a Vincero watch many years ago, large bronze face and mesh band from Facebook. This past weekend I tried to wear it but it does not work after winding it up. I was heartbroken since I always got compliments on it. So though it was the weekend, I thought I would email to ask if it could be fixed, they hunted down my purchase by address and said it was no longer under warranty. I was heartbroken but they offered one of their current EROs watches at a discount. After I picked out a close match to my original, paid and it is on route to me. This in 6 days with is phenomenal response. Thank you Vincero, please look into my original bronze on bronze, will get that too when available.

The customer support was very straightforward and kind. My watch I had recently bought had a problem with it and within 2 or 3 minutes after contacting the customer support I had a reply, where they helped me to get a replacement, this all happened within 10 minutes. (Diagnosing the problem and sending me a replacement). They where very kind and helpful.

I ordered and have received a Reserve Automatic. The watch was dispatched and received quickly.
It is well presented in a black box. It was a "wow" moment when I first opened the box. This watch looks extremely good. The white dial is crisp and elegant. The watch looks far better tgan its price point. I find the deployment clasp fiddly but I think with familiarity it will get easier.
Being a quality Miyota movement I'm expecting no issues with longevity and reliability.
So far I am extremely pleased with my new watch.

Great watches and great customer service helped me learn something new
An absolute scam. Placed an order for a watch and glasses. Received the watch within 13 days. The glasses were never shipped with it. The glasses have been sitting in a « getting ready for shipment status » for over 2 weeks. I was told they needed to ship the glasses from another warehouse. Sounds like a sorry excuse. I was never advised of the delay nor did they provide any details on how long this would take. Upon asking to expedite the parcel for the inconvenience they ignored my ask and never replied. I’ve sent multiple emails and DMs. Will never be buying from them again.
Great watches but their customer service sucks. I’ve left half a dozen emails and half a dozen voice messages with customer service and have gotten NO RESPONSE! I purchased a $550 watch during a 30% off New Years sale and they charged my credit card for the FULL PRICE, informed me the watch was out-of-stock with no expected date of delivery and have not responded to the more than dozen attempts to reach them as described above. I have 5 or 6 of their watches already, including 2 jewelry cases to store and display them, and love them all, but cannot continue doing business with a company that charges full price for their advertised discounted products and then remains impossible to communicate with. As a dedicated customer for over 6 years, I deserve better.

I purchased the Villa sunglasses for someone for Christmas … the Villa is described as suitable for wide faces! They looked way too small for his face so I reached out via DM message bc there is no phone number . The response I got was asking for my order # which I provided as I explained the issue! Was rec one other pair which were the same size in mm- I attempted to respond to ask for other options & no one responded! I emailed as well even giving my phone # no response for over a week! Now I’m returning the ones that do not fit & found out it will cost me $13. In re stocking fee! If I could have spoke to a human maybe the results would have been better ! In the future I will avoid shopping with companies who only use dm or email for customer service !
If I could give zero stars I would - and I NEVER write reviews, this is my first. I feel that strongly about the incredibly poor customer ethics and service of this company. I ordered on Dec 16, 2023. Per their policy, shipping occurs within 5-7 business days. On January 1, 2024 I emailed the company to inquire on the status- after placing my order I had received absolutely no communication. On Jan 2, the company responded to let me know that “due to the high amount of orders during the holiday they experienced delays” and that the item I ordered was now out of stock. Ok - here’s the deal: you are a retail establishment. Expect a high amount of orders to come in during the holidays and prepare for it. Or alter your shipping policy and expectation - it’s not rocket science, a LOT of companies both large and small seem to manage just fine. An “apology” by way of excuse, after completely failing to perform in any way in the manner your company commits to in exchange for my money - unacceptable. Do better. A simple and authentic apology, with recognition of the disappointment that not receiving a Christmas gift can bring would go a long way to showing that you value customers. Excusing your failure because you failed to plan, and ending said email with “cheers”- no thanks. There are a lot of small businesses that do value their customers. Strong and solid pass on Vincero Collective to any and all who will listen.

We ordered a product for Christmas and it stated it would arrive in 5-7 business days. They use a third party and it took 13 days, 6 days of which it sat in the same facility with no movement. In addition, there is no customer service number to call and it takes them more than a day/24 hours to respond via email. We had one issue with the "free" product and they asked for a response/pictures, as one of the products was broken on arrival. We responded with pictures on 12/28 and we have yet to receive a response from them. Overall, the watch portion of the order looks good and is in working order. However, due to a limited customer contact option, I would not order from Vincero again.

Absolute trash. Decent looking timepiece but it arrived inoperative and you can't get in touch with customer support. Decided to return the item under their "100% satisfaction guarantee." Well, that doesn't include 100% of your money as they keep a $12 handling fee for sending you a broken watch. Avoid this company. If something looks like too good of a deal it is.
Customer service at Vincero Collective is great. Every enquiry I made was answered quickly and they helped me through every issue that unfortunately happened due to unforeseen circumstances with the delivery of my watch. I would recommend Vincero Collective to all my friends and family.
Christmas presents were order in 15 Nov with an expected delivery of 5-11 days. After allowing three weeks (21 days) for delivery we contacted Vincero who replied swiftly (initially) stating "due to unforeseen circumstances, the shipment has been delayed. We have reached out to our shipping carrier for further information and are awaiting their response". Since then they have ghosted us although I have contacted them several times. The tracking site still shows as in transit with no update since 15 Nov. It is now five weeks (36days) since the order was placed. It is looking very much like this company is a scam and should be avoided.
