This company is amazing
This company is amazing! The products are beautiful. My Navy veteran husband has loved everything from the jacket to the t shirts. He is a large man at 6'3" and 330 pounds he wears a 4x in these shirts and it's just a tad big. Which is perfect for him. He hasn't noticed any shrinking or staining. Also customer service is A1. They are so friendly and fast to get back with you. I absolutely recommend this company.

Excellent Customer Care
My Initial order sadly did not meet my expectations. I contacted support and they were more than willing to accommodate me. The second item also unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Once again I contacted support, and once again they were willing to accommodate me!

Customer service beyond expectation!
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with VinCustom.
I am a proud Navy vet and have fond memories of my time in the Navy.
When I received my custom "T " I could hardly wait to put it on, like an 83 year old kid with a new toy. When removed it from the sealed bag and held it up I could hardly believe what I saw. It looked like the lettering was partially rubbed off the shirt. When I contacted VinCustom, I got an almost immediate reply, which surprised me.
I had take photos of the shirt, but didn't know how to transfer them to the company. I received detailed instructions how to get the photos back to them. That is when they sent me a photo of the shirt as it comes off the process. It looked exactly like mine. It was SUPPOSED to look like that! Not only that but I was given a code for a discount on my next order. How can you ask for better service and support than that?
I have an amazing shirt with my rate and squadron on the sleeve, but my rate insignia on the back of the shirt. I look forward to wearing it and look forward to my next purchase from VinCustom.

Anna Bella is amazing
very disappointed that the outfit I got the hoodie did not fit correctly. The hat was fine and I like it a lot. The hoodie was placed due to broken, zipper and way too big Anna I was more than helpful. Super professional and nose have to take and solve issues directly related to a customer. The personal touch is extremely important when you were dealing in this type of things outstanding job.

Ia have always liked the products. They are just as described. Nothing is listed as being gold, only to turn out to be plastic.
While the tracking apps seem to be unreliable, the customer service E-mail and chat are top notch, and more than helpful enough, and definitely a quick response.
The company does good work, and is honorable when it comes to their product.
