Swifts nest in buildings, which resemble the rockeries of their natural habitat. Swift numbers are declining due to property development reducing nesting opportunities, so this Swift Nest Box offers a practical solution and can be attached to any buildling.
This looks good, but unfortunately I am surrounded by house sparrows that have taken up residence in my homemade swift nestboxes this year, so I cannot comment on how good the occupation will be until I evict the sparrows at the end of the nesting season.
