WELL TO COMPARE... Yesterday afternoon I put an online Whiskey order on a company in Taupo. It was collected by PBT courier that afternoon and delivered to me early afternoon today. Tracking details accurate online throughout. Your NZCouriers delivery took 3 days to cross Auckland and no Tracking after collection notice was non existant. Multiple calls to trace were hopeless....arrived 3rd day only after cajoling NZCouriers. Really not impressed with them. Check out PBT perhaps?

The wine I ordered as a gift for family…
The wine I ordered as a gift for family was great and delivered promptly. The only problem I have is follow up in that I have been a customer for nearly 30 years and wine is ordered, a standing order, and paid by me but any correspondence is always addressed to my partner Thomas Small who also lives at this address.
