Wouldn’t think twice about ordering again from this company. Great customer service! And good quality beds! I ordered a bed along with a mattress. After a few weeks, I realized the mattress wasn’t good enough for my back. So I got in-touch with the company and they changed it for me free of charge. They even delivered it them selves!!! as the courier company would be a later date, and I needed the mattress asap. Thankyou so much vino beds!

I selected the express delivery option wasn’t too keen at first as I needed my beds on time moving into our new home and I received updates every step of the way. The bed I bought is just stunning. Happy to say that they stand up to these reviews, ordered the bed to our specifications, confirmed and quoted approximately 3 weeks for delivery and installation, 3 weeks later, the bed is delivered and installed by their chosen courier, friendly and fast guys.

Bed is exactly what we wanted and looks fantastic, cannot say enough good things about Vino beds, we will use them again in the future when we need a bed.

We are extremely happy with our bed. The quality is fantastic. The price was very reasonable and delivery was very efficient, we were particularly impressed with a phone call to organise the delivery date and time.
Our only small complaint is the assembly instructions were minimal but wasn’t impossible. Overall really happy

I went for Kendall Wingback in Cream Naples. Never heard of Vino beds before, checked their Instagram page, reviews on Trust pilot all seemed good.
I thought i will have to leave a review if everything is delivered as promised etc. (was a bit cautious at first). So here is my review.
Customer service: 5/5
i contacted the team via whats app and i had a lot of questions as i needed to urgently place the order without ordering fabric samples (as i wanted to get the Black Friday discount). They helped me a great deal, sent photos of the fabrics etc.
Delivery: 5/5
Fairly quick turn around! The driver called the day before and confirmed delivery time, overall very nice, polite and efficient.

For the price i am convinced in couldnt have found a better value for money. Other beds online were at least 30-40% more. So to some extent i was keeping my expectations low especially that I didn’t see the fabric itself. Anyway, the quality has surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend it! Its absolutely beautiful and exactly what i was looking for.
I paid a bit extra for 54 inch headboard which is just the right height (in my opinion). I will attach photos on google.

Brilliant company, beautiful bed, top notch service from start to finish! I was a little nervous ordering a bed online from a company I hadn't heard of before but the communication and effort they went to getting me samples and showing me fabrics that were not standard gave me confidence. The bed came quickly and delivery was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered the Kendal wingback bed for my daughters room I had a few questions before and the team at vino beds could not have been more helpful, the bed arrived on time and is absolutely gorgeous couldn’t ask for more even better our daughter loves it!
