Very happy with purchase. Great Spanish wine at fantastic prices. Only issue I had was with one delivery being delayed but only due to customs in England. Will definitely deal with again. Thank you.

A refund would be nice
Don't.. really, don't
Well, either incompetent or crooks. I think a bit of both.
I ordered6 bottles of wine. Then, this was not possible anymore to order. I thought alright, the stock is done. No problem with it.
The very next day, the same lot was again to be ordered, so I tried to order it.
Then, the very next day again, I received refunds for both orders. I could see it in Paypal, but no message, no explanations whatsoever.
Then, my wife tried, again the very next day, and the same lot was possible to order. At least this time the refund came within the day, but again no explanations or messages.
My wife also tried to order another millesime, which was indicated reduced 50%. You can imagine, in the basket, it was full price.
I contatced vinoseleccion, tey ansered that there has been a msitake in the stocks for the forst wine (yeah, i can believe, thre days on a row), and that the second offer was only valid on a specific weekend end (and therefore my wife could put it with first info of 50% on the monday... sounds legit, right?)
So, do not order from them.
two stars because at least the refund was quick.
Two very successful orders completed
I have now ordered twice through Vinoseleccion, both times the response from customer services (Sebastian)on order updates has been 10/10.
This second order arrived within 10 days of placing the order.

Have spent 3 lengthy phone calls trying to organise a discount since they didn't even deliver 12 bottles and each time they say I will be contacted about a discount but it never happens.
I'm astounded how poor their service is!
Exhausting experience
Found a nice bottle of wine when I was on holiday and when I got back home, searched for it online. To my pleasant surprise, Vinosleccion had a price drop and was advertising the wine half price. I jumped at the chance and ordered 2x6 bottles, so 12 bottles total at £97
All seemed to go smooth, got a notification the next day with delivery # and a week later a delivery arrives. Only thing was, only 1 case with 6 bottles arrived instead of 12 bottles.
Rang vinoseleccion and customer service were polite and apologised and said another case would be sent out. Waited a week and no communication. Rang back and explained again and another apology and would be sorted. This went on for about 4/5 weeks and 4/5 phone calls. Finally got them to send me a notification while i was on the phone as knew if i left them off the phone, I would be back on the same cycle again.
2 weeks later, a delivery arrives, yay. Only 3 bottles in the delivery instead of 6. An back on the phonecall merry go round we go again. Again, they apologised and said it would be sent out. 2 weeks later i get an email saying they had reviewed the order and i had received 2 orders and to remember, boxes come in 3 bottles and i had placed an order for 2 boxes.
I almost just gave up as had enough but remember i had taken a screenshot of them advertising the price drop just in case. Sent it back to them with an explanation and now waiting on a response
So been 2 months now since my first order and ive received 75% of my order after about 6 or 7 different phonecalls
My advice, avoid these folks. All the reps on the calls are nice but the whole thing is so poorly ran. You may get what you ordered and be happy but if anything goes wrong, good luck.
Advice to vinoselecction, on your invoices, you specify a quantity of items ordered, like 1 or 2 cases. But the order doesn't specify how many bottles are in that and you sell in quantities of 3 or 6
Advice to other customers, take screenshots of your order so you can show how many bottles you ordered especially if they are on discount

Fraud
Fraud! Stay away, reported! I ve ordered my case on the 11th of November, it s the 7th of Dec and never got my case of wine. I ve emailed them several times, they replied in the beginning, then no sign from them!
All good for me
I placed and order ... and then looked for reviews.
And then I looked for ways to cancel my order but there's no button, so I just accepted I will have to pay for being stupid (as in - falling for the too good to be true kind of offer).
I'm happy to say I was wrong.
I live in the Netherlands. Placed the order on Sunday evening and on Thursday, the box of 6 bottles arrived and I tasted the wine.
It was the wine I ordered and it is very good.

I was concerened after reading some negative reviews after I had placed my order. I am happy to say it must have been a glitch. I ordered a box of wine after trying it in Spain and it arrived, no problems a week later. I am thouroughly satisfied and highly recommend.
Either illegitimate or useless

HUGELY disappointed, goods never arrived!
HUGELY disappointed! Placed an order, received confirmation and money was withdrawn and then nothing... I emailed twice in 4 days heard nothing, after a week I contacted them to understand when I could expect the goods to be delivered. They told me not to worry that by the end of the week I would receive a notification from UPS with tracking, 4 days later nothing so I rang again at which point they told me my order would not arrive in time for the party I needed it for and there had been an error which NO ONE informed me about. The reason there is 2 stars and not one is because the staff seem pleasant and polite etc. but the service and lack of customer service to try and correct the issues, such as offering an express shipment etc. is very poor! Wish I had checked the trust pilot before placing the order, clearly a recurring issue!!!!
Great service
Great service. Transport did not go smooth and my spanish is not so good so I contacted the seller and in no time the problem was solved. And last but not least I did get some great wine.
I tried to make an order and pay…
I tried to make an order and pay through PayPal, it didn’t link to PayPal to make the payment and gave an error message that the payment had failed with my bank, well as I had’t linked to PayPal then this is wrong. I am not going to give them my credit card details in lieu of access to PayPal, with all the other warnings about this company on TrustPilot , I will do me business elsewhere, I have been scammed in tjis way once before offering PayPal and then taking credit card details.

Unlikely I would buy from them again ... and I've been a customer for around 10 years. Placed an order November 2021 (for a Christmas gift) which they confirmed - eventually received an email from the carrier it was on it's way. Nothing came. Trying to contact them is hopeless. Communication is almost non-existent. After chasing many times and mostly being ignored, the order was delivered in February 2022. No explanation or apologies. Their wines are good ... but I can get wines from many other sources without this aggravation and hassle.
Good wine - Bad Service
I hate to be writing this, as we have been satisfied clients of Vinoselección for over 20 years.
Their wines are good (some great) and the prices competitive.
However, things have deteriorated badly since BREXIT & COVID.
We have been waiting 4 weeks for our wine to arrive, and still have no idea when it will. This in annoying, as our money was taken at the time of placing our order.
Their communication is very poor and with standard (not personalised) replies. They do not answer queries, and are evasive.
Apparently, they only despatch to the UK twice a month - but they will not tell you that. Neither will they tell you about the lorry driver's strike in Spain, which is also disrupting things.
They do not tell you who the carrier is, when goods are despatched and what the Tracking Number is.
This all adds to the anger and frustration.
Please don't try telephoning them, you will lose your sanity!
I have to add, that we also have a home in Spain, and order wine from there too.
Paradoxically, everything there is great! The wine arrives within a few days, without problem.
Totally HOPELESS

They then lost my account login, couldn't reset it, refused to take payment by the card stored on my account and the insisted I make electronic transfer to a Spanish bank and pay the fees. I have given up with this lot
Been a customer of Vinoseleccion for well over twenty years, but will not be buying again. The wine has been good and I have been happy. However their UK admin is a complete joke. My card had expired when they tried to take a payment last month. They emailed with a link for me to renew my card details and this failed four times, with umpteen polite but ineffectual emails in between. They offered to put me through to an automated keypad to let me enter my card details. This failed. In the end and after many more useless email exchanges I used a holiday Euro account to pay their Spanish bank the Euro equivalent of my Sterling bill. They have now asked me to provide a receipt from their bank for the money I have paid them. I give up!

Ordered a case and not only it arrived with enormous delay, the wine was in very bad condition which is totally unacceptable. Please fix your shipping agencies and warehouses.
Problems after 35 years' satisfaction.
I have bought typically 4 dozen bottles per year from Vinosleccion since the 1980's and until now I have found them excellent value, prompt delivery, in fact nothing to criticise. Something seems to have changed in the last 6 or 9 months, and it now seems like a different company. My last order was for a mixture of 3 different wines, 18 bottles in all I received an email informing me that one of these wines had sold out without offering any alternative. I assumed the other two would be delivered in a week or so as normal. They have not come and my enquiry was ignored. I shall not be making any further purchase after over 30 years of complete satisfaction.
