I joined Vinovest in August 2022. Nearly four years later, my portfolio is still down, with a cost basis around $1,320 and an estimated value around $1,246. The real problem is liquidity. The... See more

I was looking for some alternative investments to dive into. I am very happy with my choice to give Vinovest a shot. They are very professional and helpful. I look forward to doing business with Vinovest for a long time.

So far, so good. I set up my account and funded it easily. it will be interesting to see how long it takes for the portfolio manager(s) to fill my portfolio (and what with!).

Great alternative investment platform 👍🏽

My experience with Vinovest has been amazing. Very soon after I visited the page for the first time, I got contacted and was offered a personal Zoom meeting to explain wine investing and the Vinovest platform. The process to open an account, get it funded and start investing was very easy. Recommend.

Vino vest is awesome. The only complaint I have...had is the ability to make smaller one time deposit. Some of us aren't flush with cash. So the ability to make one time deposits under $500 would be nice. I guess the new trading platform is the way around this.

So far a great experience. Simple transparent and friendly. The community is awesome.

Vinovest has been absolutely fantastic. They have essentially created a new asset class with relatively low barriers to entry. Great, great way to invest for the long term and diversify my portfolio. The app makes viewing my portfolio easy with a sleek look.

I unfortunately felt the need to make an account here just to share my poor experience working with Vinovest. I don't have experience with the app itself, however I worked with their VP of Operations who was both dishonest and insensitive while doing business. Disregard if you are a potential app user, but if you are looking to enter into business with Vinovest to assist with their storage facilities, I would recommend saving yourself the headache.

Great UI on both the website and the iOS app! Have interacted with several staff members at Vinovest, and they have all been awesome! Really looking forward to incorporating Vinovest's offerings into my investment portfolio!

It's easy to transfer money into the account, they acknowledged the transfer and also acknowledged when the money arrived in the account. No guesswork. I like that.

I enjoy the concept, and very much like it. I would like to see some more features on the platform, perhaps something interactive.
Also, your process to deposit funds is very poor, either need to automate, streamline or produce proper SOP's on how to deposit. Limiting your bank details to a single country limits your reach and willingness of people to invest. especially considering that, in my case, the wines are stored in Europe, yet need to invest in USD from Singapore....

Sent my money, and now can't even log in to the Website. Have sent two requests for help--no reply after weeks!
Do they even have any customer service????????

I just cashed out and lost approx. 5% in six months.
You do need to play it longer for wine to work as an investment, but I don't see Vinovest working in the long run. It looks too good to be true and unfortunately is.
They selected a bunch of meh wines for me, apparently by algorithm. I would never invest in these wines and not sure that they can actually be considered investable. Lower to mid range Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champange and Super Tuscans aren't exactly lighting the wine market on fire.
Also, there are errors in the platform that were never fixed. Seriously, why can't it just provide an accurate valuation of your portfolio?
The 5 star reviews all seem to be newcomers to the platform with the hope that I had.
On the upside, I got most of my money out to put back into my own wine portfolio.
