A V O I D!!!!

Honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Their customer support is completely unresponsive. Like someone else wrote — I don't think their phone is even connected to anything! Emails go unanswered, even after buying from them.

Already more that two weeks of waiting for an update, I had to reach out for a status update. One reply and then 10 of silence and still silence. I'm just hoping I can get my money back.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store. Totally unreliable.

Worst Online Store Experience

This is probably the worst online store I've ever dealt with, at least when it comes to motorcycle gear. Their customer service is completely non-existent — no one ever answers the phone, and they don't reply to emails, even after you've made a purchase.

I ordered an expensive item 17 days ago. After hearing nothing for over two weeks, I had to email them to ask for an update. Only then did they inform me that the item purchased was actually damaged. Since then, I haven't heard a single word from them, despite sending more than five follow-up emails.

I've now opened a dispute with PayPal, and the case is in their hands. It will likely take a while to get my money back — if I even do.

In short: AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!
Update: 21st of July
I managed to get a refund. But, I see they are still selling the damaged (Naca gold) helmet they've tried to sell me. Also, ignored my offer to send me a deferent colour. Just weird store, people and awful customer service.
