As a first time buyer of whiskey casks i was not sure of how the process works. Robert was of a very good help. Giving me all the information i needed to know . Answered my questions instantly.Was very helpful all the way and gave me good recommandations. Made the whole process really easy for me.

Excellent company to deal with for our first investment in whisky. The customer service from our account manager Mark has been nothing but seemless and enjoyable from the beginning he introduced himself after my initial inquiries to them on investment. It is a pleasure working with Vintage Acquisitions and the start of a long relationship with our investment. I would recommend this company to anybody wishing to start a portfolio in whisky investment.

I've been struggling on ways on how to retire in the future and was interested in the whisky market. After a couple of days speaking to Ryan, I felt like he totally understand my position in life and what I wanted, which then made me feel comfortable in giving them my money. I bought 4 barrels off them in a couple of months. I probably ask different type of questions every week to him and get detailed solid straight to the point replies, as well as being educated.

What I love about them is that, they all put their money where their mouth is as well. They have their own portfolios and it's not a case of just trying to use other people money.

I highly recommend the company, even having a chat if you're unsure. They put my nerves to rest and back it up with detail and proof. Of course it's impossible to determine how your investment is going to go, but they still show you indications of how it could go.

Every investment is a risk and as long you understand that, you will feel comfortable with these guys. They're not going to promise a guaranteed investment like I've seen on other companies (which is very irresponsible) but they will educate you enough for you to make an inform decision.

Once agreement on the product was reached and the go ahead given there was no communication until I received an e-mail asking me when i was going to settle my account!!
I think that prospective clients should be told about Identity Checker - especially if they reside overseas.

The hospitality from both VA and the Annandale team was exceptional with a distillery tour, tastings, all-day food and entertainment.
