Helpful and reassuring
I have been looking for an understated vintage rolex watch for a while and spotted the oyster perpetual for sale with papers and box. I submitted an online enquiry and Andrew contacted me the next day. He was knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring - there was no pressure to buy.
The description was accurate, the quality of the watch outstanding and the service from V&R was superb. V&R will definitely be my first port of call for my next purchase.

Vintage Rolex - perfect
I was looking for a vintage Rolex for many months. Moving up through the gears of mildly interested to serious consideration to wanting to purchase. My observation as I spent many hours looking on line was that the model I wanted had a very broad range of price and quality . This worried me as not being knowledgable on the product I could see there was a real risk of buying a duff. I then came across what looked like an immaculate example. The price was higher than I had seen but I was happy to pay a higher price for a perfect model and a reduction in risk. I spoke to Andrew at V&P and taken immediately by his knowledge and enthusiasm of the product. We arranged to meet at a convenient location . Relaxed setting, not rushed , able to compare two similar models. Able to ask many questions . No high pressure sales techniques. (Well not that i noticed anyway !). Bought the model and I am really pleased with the choice and the watch. It's beautiful. 40 years old and immaculate. Andrew even dealt very nicely with my irate telephone call to tell him it had stopped working. Which was purely down to the fact i had not worn it for 3 days !
Great watch and great service , highly recommend.
