Excellent service. Ordered a retro cycling jersey but the standard fit didn’t work for me. I asked to return it for a refund, no problem, but was asked if I wanted a custom fit jersey made for me… same price. I needed it for a cycling event in Europe (I’m from USA) and the custom job wouldn’t have the jersey done until just a couple of days before the event. VFC made the jersey (it is gorgeous) that fit perfectly and had it shipped to a location within a couple hundred meters of my lodging in Siena. Great service and communication! Very trustworthy.
Postscript… while riding the cycling event a young man approached me (he was also riding the L’Eroica) and asked me about my jersey. It turns out that he was the technician who worked my making my custom jersey a couple of days before!! Small world.
