THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY WHO DO FRAUD BY TAKING THE PAYMENT FOR SOFAS AND AFTER THAT THEY BLOCK YOU AND DO NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS. BE AWARE FROM THESE THEIFS!!!!! Very disgusted and dissapointed and annoyed from the robbery and fraud. Have some shame you shameless blokes.

Kept me informed at all times .I purchased a mattress from the diamond collection, absolutely amazing its like sleeping on a cloud.l would recommend this mattress to everyone.

Sofa was delivered today really pleased with the product only down side was communication between seller and customer.Seller needs to keep customer up to date with delivery date overall though I love my new sofa great addition to my front room

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I ordered a crushed velvet c2c corner sofa from them. The week the sofa was due to be delivered I messaged the company to ask them if I would be informed a day or 2 before the sofa was due to be delivered, they replied and said that I would and that they will be dispatching the sofa very soon. A week and the last delivery date had been and gone, so I contacted them again to see when it would be delivered aa couple of days later went by and still no sofa and no reply from the company. I found their email address and also emailed them but I didn't get a reply. Because I had ordered the sofa through Ebay I then let them know that I hadn't received my order or had any contact from the company, they then contacted the company and gave them a couple of days to resolve the issue before they stepped in, the day before they were due to step in the company messaged me "Sorry about this we have tried to issue the refund but Ebay wont allow it and that Ebay would sort the refund the following day" there was absolutely no apology for them not replying to my messages, no apology for not sending out the sofa, no explanation as to why they never even dispatched the sofa nothing. I didn't believe the message from the company saying Ebay wouldn't allow them to issue the refund they still had a day to issue it before Ebay were due to step in. Anyway Ebay stepped in and issued me a full refund thankfully. Please avoid at all costs

I’ve bought a few things from here now, and the overall experience has been smooth. Delivery is usually on time and items arrive as expected, which is always a relief. The website’s also easy to navigate, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. Customer service is responsive, too - any questions or issues, they’re quick to help out. Prices seem reasonable for the quality you get, so no complaints there. All in all, would def recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for unique and well-made items."

Absolutely brilliant this company is up there with the best nothing to much trouble .from start to finish they helped in every area,said it was urgent for delivery and delivered at 8.30 on a Friday night and delivery helped put together and made sure no damage and we was happy .thx vintage furnishings

Ordered on the Friday and asked for an urgent delivery on the say due to being let down by other companies. Customer service was excellent throughout and deliver driver was so nice. Great looking sofa and for a lot cheaper. Would definitely recommend.

The delivery men we both fantastic they didn’t arrive till 10pm but because I needed it they worked late to ensure I received it, we love our sofa very comfy better then what we expected.
