Very lovely furniture, good quality build and style. We got a snuggler, sofa, armchair, coffee table along with a couple of rugs. The customer service was excellent as we needed some help to figure out what could get into our flat.

Ordered pudding sofa ( blind) as I really loved the look lady spoke to me on phone and her description was exactly what I got !! Over the moon the sofa is squishy comfy feathered over the moon lovely lads delivered had difficulty as in a cottage but we ourselves managed to convince the company to leave it and we will get in ourselves and we did I really can’t thank them enough so so happy

I ordered the Regent Chesterfield in Hand Antiqued Buffalo Leather at a great price. The quality is fantastic and it looks very chic in our lounge. I’m thoroughly happy with it. The delivery guys were also fantastic – really helpful and swift.

After looking for quite a while to find a gorgeous statement piece to finish off my recently refurnished living room, I was thrilled to find the Empire Armchair in leopard print velvet on the Vintage Sofa Co website. I reached out to the company as I wasn't completely sure of colour options and Ella was extremely helpful and kindly offered to send fabric swatches for me, which she promptly did and even included a welcomed Yorkshire tea bag and biscuit! (small gestures make a big impression). Once purchased, my armchair was delivered by a lovely gentleman who kindly unpacked the protective packaging, placed it in position in my room, inspected it, checked I was happy and took away the rubbish. Another example of great customer service. The comfort and quality of the chair is fantastic, whilst I was a little apprehensive buying furniture I hadn't seen or tried in a showroom, I needn't have worried, I am absolutely thrilled with my chair! A few weeks after delivery, I was contacted by Rebecca to check in and make sure I was happy with my purchase and to seek and constructive feedback. I explained that I have been thrilled with my purchase and the service received from Vintage Sofa Co from start to finish! Thank you guys

Really pleased with my shopping experience with the Vintage Sofa Co. I bought my sofa online and I ordered fabric samples first. I then sent a couple of emails to query what the difference was between two sofas I was considering. I found that the service was quick, friendly, professional and there was a really lovely personal touch. Delighted with the delivery and the Darcy sofa I bought.

Only slightly disappointed with colour bit different to picture online not as vibrant as I thought would be.
Also only one man delivery which luckily hubby was home and able to help manoeuvre through front door but if myself or daughter only at home we would have struggled.

I have been looking at furniture for my house for a long time. Knew i wanted something unusual whilst still being luxurious. Stumbled upon Vintage Sofa on line. Loved the look of everything. My daughter and i visited the store late November last year. It is like an Aladdin's cave full of treasure.
I ordered 2 chairs for my family room a couple of months ago. Stunning does not do them justice. I had my eye on couches for the living room. I had a lot of conversations back and forward with Georgina vis messenger. I loved the fact she was not pushy and was incredibly patient with me over my indecision.
Couches now ordered and i am excited for them to arrive.

No pressure, just there for us when we needed advice or any help. The showroom exceeded any expectations, and everything at very reasonable prices. 100% well worth a visit in stunning surroundings. I had originally posedt a glowing review and even uploaded a picture as the sofa looked beautiful however less than 5 months later my cushions are now sagging and lumpy. They sent a tech out who had to take the foam out and fluff the stuffing but you could still see the sagging and lumps. I then received a messages stating this was normal wear and there was no manufacturing fault. For a sofa thats RRP was supposedly over 3k and I spent 2.2k its behaving like a sofa you buy for £300 from a market trader!! I live alone and weigh under 10 stone so to imply this is normal wear and tear is outrageous! Not going to let this lie and invoking my rights under the consumer act of 2015 appalling!!

The company is stating the independant tech found no faults and the cushions are performing as expected. He took out the fibre filling and foam in the cushions and rearranged them leaving some of the filling on my side table. If this is how you expect a sofa that was reported having issues before its 5 months old to behave then the only conclusion is that you are using sub-standard materials. Also to expect someone to be removing the foam and fibre filling and giving them a plump and restuff surely implies the materials are not of satifactory quality as I have never known of anyone having to do so with a new sofa ( or an old one for that matter) unless its nothing more than market tat to begin with. I am also now somewhat suspicious of just how independant your tech is and whether you offer incentives like you did to me to write a glowing review to receive £50 and leather cleaning kit if I did it in the first two weeks. Something doesnt seem to add up...

We love the sofas, footstool and rug, that suit the room so well. Good communication and friendly staff. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review was the longer than advertised delivery time.

Made our long awaited trip to the vintage sofa company on 10 April 2026. Well worth the long drive from Peterborough! So many beautiful items for all types of homes, something to suit everyone. My 3 Seater Dopamine Sofa in Opulence Bronze Velvet is in situ together with my Louisiana oversized cushions, Double sheepskin rug and my quad sheepskin rug for my wooden floor. Everything looks amazing, so pleased! My Antique Clock is on its way together with my Pommel Horse Footstool in Brown Leather, can’t wait for these to arrive. George assisted us on 10 April 2026, he had the patience of a saint as the choice for me was overwhelming but an order was placed before leaving! Would love another visit in the future. Highly recommend The Vintage Sofa Co. Staff are amazing, friendly and so very helpful.

We received the sofa and chair and are very happy with them. However, when being delivered, the middle support leg to the sofa was missing. We asked for the leg to be dispatched Next Day Delivery, but it wasn’t. We now have to wait another 3 days until we receive it before we can sit on our new sofa. It would not have hurt Vintage Sofa to spend a little more money to get the leg to us Next Day. We found that very poor! Thus the reason for 4 Stars.

We made the decision to visit the Vintage Sofa company in person. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. The showroom was tastefully laid out with every attention to detail. There was no sales pressure and we were able to try as many sofas as we liked.
Becca was very knowledgeable on all the ranges and gave matching options we hadn't considered.
The products were good quality and value for money. Definitely worth the 4hr drive.
Our purchase arrived well protected and the delivery team were very helpful and considerate.

We originally visited The Vintage Sofa Company showroom in December and chose a sofa with the help of George. The showroom is incredible and genuinely feels like an experience in itself. You are made to feel so welcome, with tea, fancy coffee and little treats like brownies offered while you browse. They also offer interest-free finance through V12, as well as other affordable ways to purchase, which makes the whole process feel much more accessible.

We initially chose a corner sofa in a style that had not yet been made, so they did not have the exact measurements available at the time. They were very clear and reassuring that, once it had been produced, if the measurements did not work in our living room, we would be entitled to a full refund. The sofa itself was absolutely gorgeous and we were obsessed with the dark pink velvet it was made in.

George kept in regular contact with us via WhatsApp, which was such a great service. He happily answered the 101 questions I had and was always helpful, patient and friendly. Unfortunately, once the sofa was produced, it turned out it would be too big for our living room, so we were unable to continue with that purchase.

However, we were still desperate to buy a sofa from The Vintage Sofa Company. Firstly, because they are a family business and we really believe in supporting small businesses, but also because their customer service is incredible and their sofas are so well made, yet somehow still cheaper than many high street stores!!

George kept an eye out for other sofas for us and it felt like fate when the Dopamine sofa arrived in store a few weeks after we realised the first sofa wouldn't work for us. We returned to the showroom over Easter weekend to try it and immediately fell in love with it. However, we are clearly awkward customers (poor George for having to deal with us 😂), as I am highly allergic to feathers and needed to know whether the sofa could be made without them. They had not done this before, but they were so accommodating and agreed it could be made with foam instead.

We ordered it in turquoise and it arrived today. The sofa is absolutely beautiful. The velvet is buttery soft and most importantly, it is still really squashy and comfortable even without the feathers. The delivery was also super simple and efficient. They also used WhatsApp to arrange delivery and kept me updated throughout. They delivered and constructed the sofa in less than five minutes, then took all the packaging away afterwards.

George has been fantastic throughout this unexpectedly long sofa journey and we are incredibly happy with both the sofa and the whole experience. We honestly cannot recommend The Vintage Sofa Company enough. So much so that our neighbours are going to take a look as a result!

All good all round. Free delivery, free sheepskin, sofa on sale and ready in 10 days - brilliant service. Delivery logistics were fast, efficient and took all packaging away. I was informed all the way with kind messages of where and when, good service all round. I love my new sofa, its firm and handsome and no problem. Looking forward to years of use
