I had such a great time in the showroom - I could have stayed all day! Every single thing in there is gorgeous. Georgina dealt with me and she couldn't have done more to help. She is very warm and friendly and helped me create my bespoke sofa that's perfect for my family. Can't wait to visit again soon!

A truly dreadful company. Poor communication, always have to chase them. Information when received mostly inaccurate and then corrected later. Sofa eventually arrived badly wrapped in a yellow plastic bag and damaged in many places. Delivery rejected and again messed about with more inaccurate emails and eventually a refund. Nearly 4 months of wasted time. My first and last purchase from this company. Customer Service 0 out of 10. 30/8/26. Its a shame the Company doesn't respond to customers emails as quickly as they respond to a poor review.

I have been looking for patchwork sofa for about three years and have visited the showroom which is an amazing experience and several stockists but nothing was quite the fabric or style I wanted.
Finally I emailed one last time and Natalie Ridewood picked up my enquiry and sent me pictures and style options immediately and she totally got it, as we opened the email we shouted "that's it, it's what we have been asking for!"
I knew strait away it was what I wanted and rang her, she made very helpful suggestions about the cushions to go with it.
The value and build quality is fantastic. The upshot is that I have the most beautiful sofa ever.

I am so glad that we found the Vintage Sofa Company - it was definitely worth the 4.5 hour round trip!

The showroom is absolutely full of wonderful sofas and pieces of furniture. When we arrived Eliza greeted us and talked us through how the showroom worked, then left us with a cup of coffee and a piece of homemade rocky road so we could start our browsing!

When we had finally made our decision, Eliza talked us through our options and was super helpful. She even took the time to prepare us a number of quotes so we could go home and measure exactly what would fit!

We now cannot wait for our sofas to arrive in a few months.

Definitely worth the trip if you are debating it - be prepared to go home wanting to buy most of the showroom!

This is a fabulous company selling beautiful, well-made items. I drove all the way from Kent to their showroom and did not want to leave. The whole experience was so much better than any other furniture store I’ve visited.

I was made to feel immediately welcome, given a drink and a snack, and then was ably helped by George, who was just so patient, to find what I wanted. Everything is so thoughtfully displayed. I had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

The items were delivered more quickly than I thought. The delivery drivers were superb. They had to carry really quite bulky items up several staircases, which they did extremely carefully. They unwrapped and checked everything to ensure it was perfect. They did a great job.

The whole experience was exceptionally good. And I am really, really pleased with my new furniture. I’m telling everyone about Vintage Sofa Co and I’ll be buying from them again in the future.

I previously left a review of 1 star for the customer service or lack of - I did receive a call back eventually and have to say that they were incredibly apologetic explained they were short staffed and would get my chair out to me asap - few days later it’s arrived in great order and the delivery men were lovely them put the legs on for me and took away the packaging - loving my leopard print cream chair with throw

The customer service I have received so far has gone above and beyond. They took time to understand my needs especially as I live the otherside of the country and am not able to visit showroom. Sent personalised videos as I could make informed decision. A special mention to Becca and Natalie who are an advocate to your company and should be commended. Thanks. Everything is wonderful wouldn't buy from anyone else now the furniture very unusual and just wonderful colors the customer service is amazing can't find any negatives quick delivery all good from start to finish thankyou chris

Absolutely fabulous place. We've never been in a showroom quite like it & so many beautiful pieces (not just sofas.) Personal service, with a brew & cake, but no hard sales!!! You can browse at your leisure. You could easily spend a few hours & would probably still miss something. Henri, our salesman, was outstanding.

My whole experience with Vintage Sofa Co. Was fantastic from start to finish. I travelled over from Liverpool by myself and the setting itself was stunning. Becca looked after me and even helped me show my mum on FaceTime the different options. The delivery was smooth and really helpful, being able to reach out over WhatsApp at every step of the way really added a personal touch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone. The furniture is comfortable and absolutely beautiful. As a first time buyer everything can feel very overwhelming when it comes to big decisions and where to invest your money, so to receive service like this really takes a weight off. I will absolutely be purchasing again in the future!

Purchased the Albert 2 seater sofa in Golden Zebra a couple of weeks ago as it was in stock and it’s the nicest sofa I’ve ever owned - I’m 60. I’m so delighted with it that I have just purchased the Knightsbridge armchair in Cream Tiger print, which is on sale, to contrast and complement. Customer service and delivery service also v good.

We had travelled a fair distance to the mill , but the drive was worth it , not only were the sofas and chairs absolutely stunning but the customer service was outstanding .
We were shown around the mill , explained how the layout allowed us to us QR codes to view prices . On arrival we were offered tea and coffee and then allowed to browse .
When we asked for advice it was given without feeling pushy , overall an excellent experience with George as our sales person

I generally had a very good experience with Vintage Sofa Conpany.
Ran into a few issues with delivery and the ‘chat non person’ stuff on the phone was incredibly frustrating.
However, when I eventually got through to speak to a real person things improved.
Amy Haley was very understanding and seemed to move mountains to assist me.
She’s very well spoken and mannerly and was very helpful indeed. A real gem of a person. Thank you.

I was assisted by Georgina who was just about the best advert for a company you can get. Georgina was very patient answered all of my questions was clear and obviously had a sound product knowledge. Georgina was professional kind and efficient and clearly very proud of the company she works for. Beautiful well made product at reasonable price

Ive had a really bad experience with Vintage Sofa, delivered with legs put on wrong and no supporting leg on my 3 seater sofa, i could not sit on my sofa for 1 mth, also i had nothing to sit on for a mth, and very dissapointed with the out come of compensation, this company i have trusted, my new sofa i looked forward to ive not enjoyed, very dissapointed.

We visited the Vintage Sofa Co after looking at their website and being impressed with what we saw. We were not disappointed. On entering their showroom we were overwhelmed by the magical atmosphere and stunning display of furniture. We were greeted warmly by Eliza who offered us refreshments and answered any questions we had. She then left us to wander around at leisure, returning intermittently to check everything was okay. We spent two hours browsing the beautiful furniture, artwork and accessories. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, Eliza was on hand to help us with our colour and accessory choices. We came away ordering a three seater settee, armchair, cushions, drawer unit, large rug and nest of tables. All but the tables were delivered within 10 days and they have transformed our room. They came very well packaged and are all of excellent quality. We would highly recommend this company.

I’ve had my Howard sofa for just under a year and a half now and I have real buyers remorse. A technician has had to be sent out twice already because the sofa was faulty and collapsed on the feet. It’s now fixed but I find myself being so careful and paranoid about it happening again, which has really taken the shine off owning the sofa. I’m a totally average weight, not heavy at all, so this shouldn’t have happened. I expressed concern to customer service about this happening again and they just said they’d sent out an engineer again if it does. I was honestly hoping for more reassurance at that point, like the offer of a replacement as this one has obviously been faulty! I also don’t find the sofa very comfortable now, which is odd as Ive had a Howard loveseat and that was absolutely fine after several years of ownership. I’ve found myself looking online at other sofas recently , something I really didn’t envision less than 2 years into owning this sofa :(
