I have taken the membership of Rs. 1,75,000/- in July 2023, Now we want to book for candle night dinner, I have tried to contact the phone numbers provided by company but all the phones are not available, then I also mailed on 04.09.2025 for booking but not any response till now from them.
its totally fraud company. My contact number 9890084036.

Recently I planned a trip to Bhubabeshwar and Puri and I requested for accommodation on the basis of my membership with VINTAGE VIBES SERVICES P LTD.
I was continuously in contact with Mr Mukesh who helped me to shortlist the hotel. I decided to accept the accommodation in Bhubabeshwar Hotel THE PRESIDENCY.
The hotel was a 3 * property and equally good. It was very clean with good staff. Morning breakfast was complimentary and it was very good. Fruits, dhokla, puri bhaji, idli,Vada ,bread butter jam were the menu.
We enjoyed the stay.

Very poor service. We paid full amount. Now we sent email to book a 4 star property and they replied that it is not available and gave names of 5 properties that are available for Rs 2000. For this we have to pay again 1600 per day in addition to 67000 paid to them. Then I asked when the 4 star property will be available in 2024? No reply. I asked for refund. Again no reply. Now we have to move to consumer court. Never ever go with vintagevibes.

think this is chiting because i paid full amount. After that i calling him but no one responce from. And when i mail every time , he giving only reson but not giving proeper service. Only giving various reson. I think this is fraud company. Never lose your money .going to consumer court for unethical bussiness

I given one star because negative star is not avaiable. totaly vintagevibes team including customer care is a big cheating. we have taken new membership in camp at vellore tamilnadu and after paying the full fees they give an agreement. when we emailed them for clarification they are not responding till date. all the persons who canvessed did not pick up our calls. the customer care is simply telling they will respond again and again but no progress. vintagevibes is big scam. dont go for it

We felt excellent and enjoyed the stay booked by Vintage Vibes. The staff Ms. NIDAA and Mr. Hussain are very co-operative. Over all excellent staff response.

Mr Mujammill sir is very co operative nature person because of when vintage vibes promotion in Solapur city at Sarovar Hotel i paid Membership amount by card but , after 20 days i saw i have pay 2 times that transaction and follow about this matter to customer care that time Mr.Mujammil sir was give specially focus on that subject & solve matter properly and after reconciliation of account dept and refunded my amount in time.. thanku so much..

I bought twin bedside tables that looked great online. I called them to ask if the drawers were on runners, and as assured they were. When the units arrived they were not on runners, and the general quality was not great: so-so quality wood and joins and the 'metallic' surface was just cheap lacquer. Shame, because they look so promising on the website.

Ordered mirror from here as we were very clear in what we wanted. Ordering was easy - getting the mirror delivered was not. As they are based in Kent and do not come to Leeds very often we had a long wait. Many emails back and forth but over a month later it's here and beautiful.

We bought a pink ox head from vintage vibe 3 weeks ago and it turned up here broken from the poor poor packaging it came in. We emailed them and there response was wrapp it back up and send it back to them.

Now not very good service having to sort out posting it back to them, surely they should do this for a paying customer? but more to the point they said they would refund return post to us which cost us £14.00 to return it, after 4 emails now over 2 weeks they not even bothered to reply to us. Worse company ever stay well clear

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to deal with the ladies at vintagevibe, they answered my questions promptly and politely and my large mirror arrived safely and looks great.

Ordered a bed side table and paid £18.95 delivery. Other than a confirmation of the order I had no contact to let me know when it would be delivered. I'm a single women that lives on my own and had 2 men banging at my door at 6:40am in the morning and they just left the box on the door step, no offer to bring it to the room it needed to be in. When I emailed the company, it took them over a week to reply and after replying telling me they wouldn't refund me the delivery charge I have been ignored. Would never buy from them again which is a shame.
Following posting this I have just had someone that owns/works for the company ring me on a Sunday evening to argue with me regarding my review. They have used my personal information to get in touch with me, that isn't just a breach of data protection but also very unprofessional.
Advise to anyone considering using - save yourself the time and effort and find somewhere else.

Really happy with the products but the service has been poor - granted the service was the delivery element trough a 3rd party, but I felt that there was zero ownership from Vintage Vibe and my final voicemail and text were just completely ignored!! Despite the lovely products will certainly not be using them again! Such a pity because the idea of the family run business is awesome, unfortunately the service doesn't match up to the promise!

I was so happy with vintage vibe, kept me up-to-date with my order details and when my lamp would be delivered. Then also when it was with courier company you could also follow where your product was. Brilliant customer service and my lamp is nicer than i thought, i am now saving for the table one to match! Totally recommend vintage vibe!

I placed an order with Vintage Vibe for 2 buddha heads & was so impressed not only with the product but the communication & super fast delivery of my item which was packaged very securely this company is super sleek & would highly recommend anyone to shop with them I was very impressed, if only all businesses operated like this on line shopping would be a dream.

I recently bought a Louis Chair for my new ladies boutique, I ordered the chair through Vintage Vibe on ebay. Customer service was excellent from the moment the order was placed, the courier contacted me to check the delivery date/time was suitable. Leading upto delivery I received email updates of the status of my order. The order was received within the delivery time, the Courier was very courteous and my chair is fabulous just perfect for my boutique!!!

I came across the Vintage Vibe website whilst looking for unusual bedside tables on the internet, found exactly what I was looking for and ordered them on Thursday 20th March 2014. By Tuesday 25th March 2014 they were in my house and I love them. They are exactly what I wanted and arrived so quickly. I will most definitely use their services again. Thank you

Having trawled ebay and the net I came across one name repeatedly in my search for a great quality chandelier and two wall lights - Vintage Vibe. I rang them for advice and they kindly suggested items to fit the room. The well packaged boxes arrived on the day stipulated and the crowd (well the kids and I) went wild! The lights look amazing! Superb quality, a modest price coupled with friendly professional service. Could not recommend highly enough, thank you.
